Location is near Interstate
Room was not ready when we checked in at about 8:00 p.m. Hotel seemd to be poorly managed. This is a dog friendly place and most people checking in had dogs. Fortunately, we only heard a small amount of barking from dogs in neighboring rooms.
Santa Rosa is half way on our trip.
Hotel is OK - nothing special.
comfy bed, beautiful facilities, courteous staff, excellent breakfast-with very attentive server!
the refrigerator in the room did not have a freezer compartment, so we couldn't refreeze our cooler freezer packs.
The breakfast was fantastic! The staff was very engaged and friendly
The layout of the room. The bathroom sink is in the entrance and the bathroom is very small.
Absolutely nothing we actually ended up leaving and going to the holiday in express down the street.
Had to be moved three times due to dirty rooms. Hairs on towels, bed, sink, and shower. There was pee all over the toilet in the first room, second room the sheets were on the floor and third room had hair all in the bathroom.
Location and cleanliness
The beds were too hard.
Excellent Service. No complaints.
Location off highway
Parking is tight for trailers
Cigarette and cigar smell in the 2nd floor hallway.
We have stayed here many times over the years and always like the accomodations. The breakfast was fantastic for being included with the price.
We did not feel welcomed by the one, unfriendly, individual, working the front desk, who was hopefully having just one bad day and we caught the end of it....
Staff was very helpful. Friendly
Smoking throughout the hotel
The bed was comfy
I called and reserved a king handicap. When we checked in nobody knew anything about it. The clerk that worked March 31st,tuesday morning is the one that lied to us and said she would book our king handicap no problem. So we had to take a DBL Queen
Convenient, clean, helpful staff
It was reasonably clean. Breakfast was good. Location was perfect for our needs.
Hallways and room smelled like smoke even though we had a non-smoking room. There was a musty smell in the room as well. Bed was not comfortable. It was a busy night when we checked in and the desk clerk was a little short and not too helpful.
Wastebaskets had garbage in them
Location was good. Staff very friendly.
Halls of hotel smoked of stale cigarette smoke. Room did not smell of smoke, however. Not as good as other LaQuinta hotels.
This is far from a 3 star more like a 2 You are deceiving your customers. If you can not provide what your customer has PRE-PAID for the you are not going to see me ever again
Furnishings are old and scared up 2 holes drilled in table of TV Stand. Room clerk asked for credit card for incidentals. I said you have no restaurant what would that be, he said in case I remove something. Do you think this is a 3 star hotel.
The rooms are not too inviting.
Big spider web in my room Roaches in my room Very loud-- I could hear everyone above and beside me, as well as everyone entering and exiting the door near my room When I told the person at the front desk about this, all she did was say 'Sorry.'
The staff was very helpful. When our first room smelled overpoweringly of cleaner and wouldn't air out, they allowed us to switch to one of the upstairs 'pet rooms.'
Unfortunately, the new room was pretty dirty (large dirt marks on some pillowcases and sheets, some hair in the sheets and a few crumbs, plenty of black mold on the shower curtain). However, it smelled just fine and we slept very well.
Very very clean sheets and towels. The whole hotel was kept very clean.
The room given to us was next to the hotel's lobby. We could hear a lot of noise. The air conditioner unit was very loud. The free breakfast was your typical super proceessed food. Nothing was fresh, except the apples, and even the apples tasted bad.
No king beds available. Desk clerk had no notification of what I paid for (king bed).
Not in great condition, elevator was broken, bathroom was tiny
Convenient with room to park our truck.
Bed was like a rock, not comfortable. Wife didn't get much sleep.
location during a road trip. Nice, big and quiet room.
The fan in the bathroom was extremely loud and noisy. The free Internet connection did not work most of the time. The coffee maker in room was not cleaned after previous guests (the used coffee bag were still in the coffee maker)
The room was perfect and the bed and pillow were so comfortable.
The night staff were horribly unpleasant and rude. WE HATE RUDE PEOPLE!!! Especially when were paying for a service and product.
Free parking, breakfast & internet
Too many dogs. The room across the hall had a dog that barked all night, which started all the other dogs barking. My spouse is allergic to pet dander. I think we were the only people without a pet on the floor. Not a good nights sleep!
Parking was limited with nails in parking area due to remodel. Gave us a room that hadn't been cleaned from last use. Internet was not working.
The bed was EXCELLENT. Super comfortable. The room was excellent as well. Everything was in super good condition, nice lay-out, spacious, and high quality materials, fixtures, and amenities. VERY nice place for a reasonable price.
Apparently they allow dogs, and one guest had a barking dog that could be heard in the middle of the night (midnight) as well as 6:30 am.
I'm glad the 66 cafe was close.
The bathrooms were tiny!
Beds and pillows were very hard and quite uncomfortable.
Center stairs were blocked off and unusable. Not informed of this at check-in. Inadequate seating for breakfast. Too many people with dogs in the rooms and halls, even breakfast area.
We welcomed the refreshments of water and snack mix along with hot coco upon arrival. Waffles for breakfast was great.
Barking dog on the property during the night. Dog food spilled all over hallway. Need to have dedicated rooms for dogs. Our room smelled like dogs, woke up with stuffy head.
Clerk had an attitude about Priceline customers. No elevator. Ancient decor and dirty hallway carpet. Old TV set with fuzzy SD picture. Ancient, loud heat/AC unit. Breakfast was nothing special. This is not a 2-1/2 star hotel.
Good location with easy access to the highway. Good breakfast.
Best? Hmmm... Nothing
The sheer curtains were ripped in multiple places (large holes), the room wasn't very clean, a dirty wash cloth was in the room when we got there, a few pieces of Chex mix was beside the night stand, and there were dried blood stains on the mattress.
They gave away or room and then put is in a room that smelled strongly of animals and fake cleaning scent.
The toilet was backed up. I informed the desk, they told me I could come get a plunger if I would like but made no offer to fix it. I was not able to fix it. This was made worse because the window was stuck closed and ventilation was not possible.
people were friendly.
The hotel was under construction and was not at all as advertised.
There were 2 queen size beds that fit a family if 4 is the only thing good about this hotel and stay. Furniture was ripped, the refrigerator did't work or blow dryer. The hotel had a public computer but... Didn't work either. Rude staff!! Won't go back!
Furniture was ripped, the refrigerator did't work or blow dryer. The hotel had a public computer but... Didn't work either. Rude staff!! Won't go back! The staff told me how to fix the broken items instead of sending their staff. No elevator!! Horrible
location, nice breakfast
This hotel was remodeling when we stayed. It was so dusty and dirty from this that our room aircondition was circulating the dust so much we had to turn it off. It was terrible! I am as upset with Priceline as I am the hotel.
Absolutely nothing. Horrible experience. I will never use Priceline or la Quinta ever again
We arrived at la Quinta at 12:30 in the morning. They gave us a room that was dirty. Beds weren't made and towels on bathroom floor. We called three times to make sure everything was set and they dropped the ball. They had no more rooms available. Poor
Traveling on business was quiet and comfortable staff was nice only complaint wireless Internet a little weak in my room.
I thought I was getting the best price on travel website and when I got there I hear the desk person giving someone else a lower rate. Then she lied to me about why it was lower. The room and bathroom were dated and dirty. The KFC in town had horrible employees and the place was filthy. Other than that, it was great (please sense the sarcasm). Fortunately this was only a one-night stop on an otherwise fantastic family vacation.
Room was okay, but linens a little dingy. Pet friendly with small grassy area. Beautiful views at night especially. Friendly staff and gd breakfast.
The view is OK, but mostly unless you get select rooms you'll see power lines and trees. To photograph the sunset I had to go out to the parking lot. The staff is incompetent; every day I had to visit the front desk to reactivate my key and telephone. Santa Rosa is a rundown place with little to do. Make sure to bring an Ethernet cord as none are provided and dial-up access is impossible in this remote location. The furnishings are nice though.
