location to restaurants and nightlife. The guys that greeted me and assisted with luggage and show equipment were great. Restaurant was OK. Bartenders were decent but it was overpriced for the pours/serving sizes.
Restaurant is overpriced as food within a walk is better and cheaper as ar the drinks at the local bars. Grout in showers are dirty.
Great room and bed.
Small bathroom and no handicap access from the room to the restaurant.
the spot, the cleanliness of the room
room walls are not or poorly insulated, we could hear conversations from our neighboors...at 6 am :-(
Outdoor space for sitting out at night was very convenient. THE BED WAS THE BEST I'VE EVER SLEPT IN! I wanted to take it home. Complimentary coffee until noon was very nice. Restaurant menu really appealed to me but my son wanted to eat in town. Next time
Paying for parking.
Free Parking, Free WiFi, good location
Low bathroom ceiling, narrow shower space (shower curtain to wall space too narrow, causing curtain rub while showering, ugh wet curtain), TV remote intermittent (weak battery?), desk not ergonomically friendly, slow WiFi.
Very friendly and helpful staff.
The location was great and the employees were very friendly and helpful
The rooms were in poor condition for what we expected.
Excellent location, clean spacious room, free internet, swimming pool, exercise room.
Liked the pool and lay out of the hotel. How close it was to town
chipped furniture, air conditioning was up too high, the inside of the coffee pot had crust (that was not from water). I called the front desk a little after 5:30pm for a new coffee pot and called a second time after 11:30pm for the pot. . I
Not able to evaluate.
The things to do in town.
Having to pay for parking and the pricing of the restaurant is way over the top for what you get overall.
Desk was accommodating to our wants and needs plus location was great for downtown fun.
Price on the room was great.
Convention was in town. Doors slamming all night. And partying in the hall ways.
Blinds were crinkled and rug was dirty. Loud children in the hallway, as well as dogs. Pool so crowded we could not swim.
The pool and fitness area. Overnight guest services were extremely nice and accommodating. The holiday decor was very nice kids loved it. I did like not having to pay additional $10 for parking.
Day crew not too friendly and they seemed in a hurry to have you check out since all clocks were 10-15 minutes fast and keys stopped working promptly at 10:30am. I was told checkout was 11am when my confirmation said 12pm.
Very friendly, accommodating guest service.
Room was very dusty, some furniture had split wood and probably should have been replaced, WORST PILLOWS EVER (tossed and turned all night), and first indoor pool I've been to without a jacuzzi.
staff was friendly so no issues there
atrocious appearing room. hotel looks like it hasn't been updated since the 70s. wouldn't stay here again
There was only one bed per room we had to sleep on pullout, my uncle cut himself and bled on sheets, that were not cleaned, asked for pullout to be made up it took another call 3 hours later. tv did not work.
The location was central to downtown Saratoga
Terrible service. Room was not ready by 3pm, staff was very rude and dismissive. The room was rundown, shades were broken and the AC Unit was very dirty. Not at all what I expect from a Hilton property. Very disappointed.
Great location and very nice staff. And amazing showers!!
There was a smoking smell in the hallways of the hotel.
Fantastic location, and that is what we were really paying for.
Very shoddy.Carpets throughout building worn out and filthy.Bathroom was tiny in an ironically oversized room.Window shades and lampshades entirely water stained, sun faded.Chairs and furniture flat out gross.Hilton stopped maintaining this place years ago
Unnecessary walking to registration desk. Very noisy due to guests and the air conditoner in the room was very loud each time it came on, needless to say up most of the night. Room decor needs updating no comforters on the bed. We checked out at 10am no
The beds were extremely uncomfortable. One of the housekeeping employees entered my room without my consent while I was sleeping and instead of apologizing she rushed out immediately. The curtains were also dirty.
Nothing. What a pathetic excuse for a July 4 overnight. It was the hotel from hell. 4 weddings parties, with yelling and screaming in the halls all night!! Not one moment of sleep, or quiet.
Yes. I will never stay here again, and I strongly urge everyone to stay away from this city on July 4 weekend. It is loaded with inconsiderate snobs that care about nothing but themselves.
Average in all respects.
Parking fee of $10 when there is free parking nearby.
The room was large in comparison to New York City deluxe rooms. Nice indoor pool and adequate fitness room with Lifestyle brand treadmill and elliptical's.
The bathroom was outdated and needed a new shower/tub etc.
location and price
I have paid this hotel directly numerous times and have used priceline on two occasions. On both priceline visits I have been given a room on a low floor near the rear of the building & the rooms are inferior and there is lots of noise
There was artwork depicting a tree in the lobby that was very nice.
location, decor was ugly, parking was horrible.
