The staff were very helpful and after we checked in they called to see if everything was okay.
The heater was loud but quit after operating for a short while.
Good location friendly staff good food
Room needs to be updated
Friendly and accommodating staff. Room was great, lounge was good.
We were satisfied with everything, no complaints!
Good proximity to airport, but a little tricky to find in the dark without a GPS
My interior rm had a balcony overlooking water park. The roar of running water & squeals of bathers were very loud until 10 pm closure. No window to open for fresh air. Rm needed better vacuuming. I picked up debris under chairs & bed & behind dresser.
Conmon areas seemed dirty.
Staff in the pool area were really good and the lady at breakfast was excellent.it was around 7am w hen
The heater in the room made alot of noise
Easier to get to.
The hotel seems very disjointed. It looks like an addition was built which makes navigating the hotel difficult. There seemed to be no soundproofing at all. Heard the toilet, shower and clear as a bell conversations from other rooms all night.
Computer system was down when I checked in. Checking in took longer than expected. Staff unsure on how to check in with the system down. Otherwise everything else with the stay was satisfactory.
Great access to waterslides. They made the effort to put us near the pool to make our lives easier... Much appreciated! Customer service was excellent.
Outer decor is pretty dated but it look like work was being done to improve this. They seemed to have newer themed rooms. Hotel restaurant was quite expensive for a family breakfast with small kids.
IT WAS CLEAN
We asked to have our 3 rooms together, and 1 was on the other side of the hotel.
Friendly.Hot tubBreakfast on site...delicious, relaxing friendly
Some clients in hot tub who did the stare down...not the hotels fault...
Easy access and parking. My grandchildren enjoyed the pool
The front desk staff was very efficient and friendly. The room service platter we ordered was amazing and a lot of food for your money.
Hotel was an absolute dive. No way its 3star. Scam all the way
I do not see this as a 3 star hotel. it is a 2 at best
The hotel was fine - the only unfortunate part was that the waterslide, one of the main reasons for my picking this hotel was under maintenance and that was not disclosed when i booked the room.
Older pool was cordoned off with yellow tape the first day of our stay. The second day the water slide was shut down in the 'new' pool area, and quite quickly the yellow tape was removed from the old pool. We went in, but the water smelled putrid, so we
The room was really good. We found it clean, comfortable and well-appointed. Glad to have ice machines on each floor.
The exterior look and the stairwells give the impression of old and not inviting.
Worn out signs everywhere. Loose carpet, holes in walls, smells, ceiling falling down in bathroom
Very Expensive for what it was worth. Rooms should only be xxx.
The hotel needs updating was nice that had water slides but room was cold and heat controls didn't work
This hotel was less than ordinary, very dissappointing - it certainly does not rank as a 3 star hotel. I did not like a single thing about it.
The furnishings were old, plain ,and worn. It did not have a working desk space or proper lighting.
At least there was no chalk outlines of deceased bodies left in the room and thankfully I only had to stay one night in their crappy bed. It was also too cold for rats or roaches so that was good I guess.
Room was probably a least desired handicap room reserved for folks who buy through discount sites such as Priceline or Expedia etc... It had worn out and stained carpets, peeling wallpaper everywhere, mold, gooseneck electrical conduit stapled to walls,
The hotel needs updating and the conference rooms do not muffle sounds from other conference rooms. Overpriced.
the bedding and not enough plug ins.
The location was perfect for us - close to the hockey rink.
Skylar - the customer relations employee was horrible - all other staff was great.
Not maintained. Internet did not work well. We had basic cable tv. It was not really clean.
The staff were very helpful with the issues we had. Special thanks to Jetley!
The first room we were put in had an ant infestation. We were moved to an upgraded room on the fourth floor.
Very dated and poor repair. Needs an update. This hotel should be a 2.5 star. I think I paid way too much for this hotel.
Very nice stay. Clean. The only thing that would have nice is a continental breakfast.
Staff had no experience, rooms were maybe a 2 star at best, restaurant service was terrible
Room was ok. Housekeeping staff was helpful. When we arrived in the room, the toilet was clogged, but it was quickly repaired and cleaned up.
Dark interior hallways with only a few exits. The place is a fire hazard. Only one elevator in the far back corner of the building.
My mother had a stroke and passed away so couldn't make the trip,I was unable to cancel my reservation through the Hotel or Priceline. I will not use either Priceline or this Hotel in future and will let everyone I know not to as well.
there pick up aqnd drop off service for the airport, very usefull
We were ona Military move to Brandon MB from AB. We originally were going to stay at the super 8 but changed to the travelodge instead. it was a nice change. The hotel was claen the fromt desk showed a classy hotel but the rooms were not 5 star, just average.\nthe Pool and water slide was great, it was a bit of a maze to get there but it was worth the trip.\nThe restaurant has a fabulous buffet and the staff and chef are very good at dealing with food allergy concerns.\nWe had ajoining rooms with the kids. \n It was your average hotel with no expectations it was a good stay.\n Just some FYI..they do not accept points rewards from Canadian residence.
I have stayed in a lot of hotels and this is one of the better ones
