- Free breakfast - Wifi was so-so, but workable.
- Smoking room vs. what non-smoking room as ordered. - Not very clean. Bathroom has dirty residuals. - Under renovation. Staff isn't always available at front desk even if belled.So-so quality (poor cleanness, wifi doesn't work sometimes, staff not always available, breakfast was OK)
Offered continental breakfast.
Found a dead bug in the 'clean remote' box. When it was brought to the attention of the staff person, she was unapologetic. Room was small. A/C was loud and cycled on and off all night. Hotel is located across the road from an active railroad track.Hotel location, room, staff were less than desireable. Will not return or recomment to others.
Price Convenient location to event we were attending Breakfast included Refrigerator, microwave in room
Outside entry, small room, loud train, very humid in room, minimal choices for breakfast. Was not a 2 1/2 star hotel.
clean. free breakfastGood hotel for the price. basic, but clean. Having free breakfast was a big plus
I really appreciated the concern of the staff for resolving any problem that I might have. They were very kind, considerate, and efficient.
No negatives. My room was comfortable and clean. I especially liked being able to have a first floor room, near where I parked my car. The most valuable asset was definitely the staff, a wonderful group. I think it was underrated, should be 5 star.
When we arrived we were told that we booked a king bed. She charged us an extra $15 to change rooms. When we pulled up in front of our room there were adults playing frisbee in the parking lot and bouncing the frisbee off of cars and laughing & swearing.Would never stay here again even after the remodel. Clerk was unpleasant. The rooms were ok but everyone woke up itchy. We think that there may have been bed bugs. I woke up with a allergic rash and bug bites on my legs. There were ting black flecks on the bed. I got out of there fast. It was gross. Not to mention the above experience. Wow what a bad way to start out a trip.
Front part of hotel under construction, had to stay in back seperate building. Very old, many repairs needed, bad smell, and dirty. Front lobby tile faded and dirty.Hotel was so dirty and is such poor shape we did not feel we could stay there. We asked and recieved zero help from the hotel or Priceline with our stay.
Nothing. There was nothing good about this hotel.
I didn't like anything about this hotel. Trust me, avoid this hotelSmall rooms. Scary public places. Sad breakfast, TV and AC didn't work.
The location is set back from the road with ample space. The pool is an attraction. The room was clean and friendly. The windows are made to open for fresh air.
Unfortunately, the pool was not open at 8:00 a.m., even though the sign on the gate indicated 8:00 as the time for opening. This hotel measures high on the list of hotels where I have stayed over many years. It was built with a kind of arcade on the ground level which acted as a kind of porch. Currently, they are renovating one wing and are taking away the porch. This seems unfortunate, because guests could otherwise enjoy sitting outside by their room door. The other major wing still has the porch. The management might consider placing porch chairs outside of the room, so that the guests can sit there. The grounds are spacious and well landscaped. The overall effect is satisfying. The price is very reasonable. I would recommend this hotel to others.
