Pros:Guy who checked me in was awesome
Pros:Felt comfortable there and didn't have any complaints overall cleanness was key and it was good. The bed with pillows were very comfortable very luxurious because made me stay more.
Cons:The gentleman assumed we wanted a handicap room but quickly changed the room for us. I just wanted to be comfortable and get what I ordered on website so next time I go I will call to verify room also ahead of time.
Pros:service was great they gave me the room right away explained everything that I needed to know
Cons:not enough tables for breakfast had to wait till someone was done
Pros:My stay was very nice. Clean room, clean hotel, pool well kept. I have to say that Jo Anne the kitchen Manager went the extra mile and was a stand out employee. I would stay again here and location is between NewBraunfuls and San Antonio great for trip to Downtown or Waterpark!
Cons:Only complaint would be is that when you turn tv on you are directed to purchase menu first and once my 8 yr old son tried to turn tv on and a women in a nighty appeared advertising the adult channel. I just thought that was distasteful. There should be a process of more than one button pushed before something like that appears in front of your family.
