This hotel is horrible. There is no elevator, the walls are made of "paper", they don't have a vending machine and it is WAY over-priced. The only good thing about this property is the pool and the "Speak-Easy". The skeleton staff was ok.

Pros:Lovely pool that was quiet but still plently of people out mingling and enjoying themselves.
Cons:There is no amenity list or menu for room service or listing of restaurants on property providing hours of operations in the room.

Pros:Coffee all day. Walking distance (less than a mile) to many restaurants. Clean. Comfortable bed.
Cons:Limited outlets near the bed. I could not keep my phone by bed/night stand and have it charged through the outlet. Also it seems some rooms have fridge/microwave and some don't. (I didn't but my friends did.)

Pros:We were excited to stay here because the exterior facility looked nice and the price was so reasonable. But after coming into our room we were over powered by a musty/mouldy smell. The carpet was damp and the bathroom was filthy with grime and hair in the shower. We asked for a room change only to find the next room just as bad smelling, with a slightly cleaner, although still not acceptable bathroom. Would suggest spending an extra $10-15 and staying somewhere with cleaner facilities.

Pros:I travel to AZ every month and stay at this Hotel. It's close to EVERYTHING in Old Town and right across from Scottsdale Fashion Square. The staff has been there for the 2 years I've been staying there and the customer service is impeccable. The rates are extremely affordable and rooms have been remodeled and upgraded (at least the ones I've stayed in facing tge pool.. There's a Mexican Food Restaurant on site which is very yummy as well as a Stand Up Comedy Club. Never a dissapointment best value best location! Highly Recommend!!!!

Pros:The location was great! Near old town Scottsdale. The staff went above and beyond with our requests. The restaurant and bar connected to the hotel was very good. We had booked a premium room and one was not available for our needs and they gave us a complimentary meal at the restaurant. Pool area was nice with a bar but we didn't use it much or at all.
Cons:The hotel has only had part of it renovated. The room we requested was a handicap and it only had a King bed and a shower chair, no walk-in shower as we had requested. We moved to a 2 bed room, it had not been renovated. Very old, lamp shade wouldn't even stay on it was so old. Only double bed, very uncomfortable. Shower head was a rain shower, not a fan. Room doors opened up to the parking lot, not a fan. Not enough outlets or accessible outlets. We had to ask for a refrigerator (booked room came with one) and no microwave (booked room came with one).
