Shower was awful- leaking onto ceiling... Room was below average with dirty furniture
The shuttle was amazing and free. So will come back for this reason.
Location not as good as right downtown but would be super for a baseball game. Also within a one minute was of pyramid brewery.
Staff and cleanliness
Definitely should not be in Priceline's Pikes market area. This was over a mile from the market. Although the hotel was nice, I believe you have stretched out this area to include this clearly incorrectly placed hotel. It is by the stadium.
Swanky cool place - no baseball or football going on & there was still a ton of activity
No - everything was greatMet all expectations
Rooms not well insulated in regard to noise. Staff not particularly gracious. Location not ideal.
New and clean.
The location was far from Pike market or downtown area. It's beside the stadiums and there were no nearby cafes or restaurants within close proximity from hotel. If you're there to watch a game it would be an ideal place to stay at but that's about it.Location was disappointing. No wonder they offered a shuttle service to Pike market.
It was a newer hotel, staff was great,it had a shuttle service and they were great.
Location to down town SeattleHad a very nice restaurant and nice furnishings, nice rooms!
Very clean. Comfy bed. Great staff. Nice bar inside facility.
There is nothing about the HOTEL that I can complain aboutWe've used Priceline for 15 years. And we come back time and time again because we are confident that the star ratings and location provided accurately fit our wish list. And so I apologize for failing to praise these efforts in the past. Cause when it fails...it sucks. I picked a 4 star in the Pikes Place area of Seattle. Having seen the star ratings amongst other hotels in the Pikes Place region (3 1/2 stars for Hotel 1000 where rooms start at ---!), I was very secure in my location and pick. And there's nothing about the Silver Cloud that I can complain about. It is what I expect it to be...maybe a little nicer. But it isn't on par with the other 3 1/2-4 star hotels on the Priceline star list. And it's not in Pikes Place. Now...granted...you probably have no other region to stick the hotel since it is all by itself by Safeco F...
The staff from the garage to the front desk was exceptional.
While the hotel was nice I do not feel the room and amenities reach the level of four stars.
