The room wasn't ready when I arrived (still dirty). Nothing they had online was true.
For the price, it's a good deal. Clean, safe, close to the airport. It's very basic and simple, don't expect any more than that.
Breakfast is coffee, tea, OJ and a packaged muffin. Don't expect any more than that.
Airport Shuttle at 5 am although we were slightly late taking off because Receptionist was not in or she was late getting to work.
#1 - We purchased on Kayak but they charged us again x 2! When you purchase through Kayak, you prepay. The rate they gave us was 2.5 times what Kayak gave it to us for. She credited it back to us, but it has taken several days to get put back on our card. #2 - Room was musty. Wet carpet under sink near suite next to us. #3 - No Kleenex and only single ply toilet paper. #4 - Pillows were really lumpy. Bed hard and 'springy'. #5 - Small fridge made noise all night long like a running faucet. #6 - Airplanes all night long. You are directly at LOW FLIGHT PATH. Didn't sleep a wink. #7 - Very old box TV. It was too dark to really get a good picture. #8 - Room was not ready at 2:00 pm check in but it was interesting to watch the maids all having their break when we arrived. #9 - Very tacky. Low class. Will never stay there again. Smelly old place. Room photos are a complete misrepresentation.
the guy at the front desk was all over the place nice to us but rude to lots of other people
room was not as nice or big as picutres.... kinda scared with the people around us and scared to walk without slippers on in the room... very small and tight squeeze if u check in late the receptionist is the only one working but also has to be the one to shuttle people back and forth so he may take 10-20 min to get back.... was waiting maybe 10min b4 he got back...
Low price. Close to the airport, I-5. Free shuttle to airport is nice, for those who need a ride. Desk staff was friendly.
Place is run down. No hot water in the morning. Close to the airport, so lots of planes overhead. Promised queen bed in non-smoking, got two doubles in smoking room.
Convenient location near the airport
My room smelled terrible every time I walked in. I had to open the windows. I wonder how long it had been since they last purchased new pillows for the room.
It's fairly close to a safeway
TVs could've been updated to flatscreens&free breakfast could be offered in competition with others
Fairly clean. Let us do late check in.
Was told we'd get 2 queens and ended up with 2 doubles.
Free airport shuttle-this was the only good thing about this location.
This hotel was worth less than half the price spent on our stay. Loud, old, smelly, and lousy service. We called early to arrange for a shuttle from the airport and it took us over half an hour for the phone to be answered. There was not even a recorded message telling us to try back or anything. As the customer this made us feel as if we were not worth the service. Also very large (tacky) signs were prominently displayed requesting tips. Based on this one night I will NEVER stay at this hotel chain again!
We were harassed in the first working lot and people tried to break into our room
