The location, the handsome receptionist and the decoration in the entrance hall.
No window in the room but it happened to be a good point as other rooms had poor insulation and were very cold as the heating wasn't on. Horrible smell from the pipes in the bathroom, and no mattress protector on the bed.
The price can't be beat for a hotel in the heart of Sevilla. Small, basic room. TV & heat worked fine. Very pretty lobby. Free internet. Right next to the Fine Arts Museum, a 5 minute walk to the bustling shopping district around Sierpes Street. 10-15 min. walk to the area around the Cathedral.
Can be a little tricky to find and the streets around the hotel are pretty deserted at night, although it seemed quite safe. Very small room. Fine for sleeping, but you wouldn't really spend much time hanging out in it.
Perfect location in the city center. Staff is nice.
The room smelt funny and was really cold and noisy.
Zaida is well postioned, clean and quiet. The room was a good size and very clean. The hotel itself is in a lovely building in a very convenient part of a wonderful city, ideal for a city break
The hotel had no record of our booking on arrival but accepted that we had reserved without fuss when shown the reservation confirmation email I had taken with me. No problem with the hotel but wouldn't recommend "booking.com"
Lovely hotel interior - moorish style architecture, Good location
rooms are a bit basic - but nothing really wrong with them
Location, good room size and cleanliness
Strange smell throughout hotel (though not a nasty one) and thin walls.
I cannot fault my stay at your excellent hotel. I found the special offer that I was given, unbelievably generous and certainly appreciated the generosity. to be able to stay in such a beautifully renovated Arab style house in such a central position to the city, made my few days exploring Seville a truly memorable experience. Of your staff, I only met the two gentlemen at the reception desk and found them both extremely helpful good humoured and friendly. All in all, you get a very appreciative 10 out of 10 from me. Thank you. Carol Maney.
As a bit of a country bumpkin ie. not up to speed on technology, could you give info. on how the lights work with the card system. had my leg gently pulled on that one. that is it. otherwise, perfection. Thank you.
good location, very central
The air conditioning was very noisy. So bad that we could hardly sleep at night. And it didnt even work so well.
Location is great for exploring historic Seville. Staff were very helpful. Room was clean. Every day when I was away, the bed was done, clean towels provided. Air conditioning is absolutely necessary thing when it was +38oC. They have Left Luggage room, good if your flight is in the evening, and you have to keep your big bags somewhere until then.
