The breakfast was substantial and wel presented and cooked.
The boiler failed over night and there was no hot water in the morning.
it was convenient and so close to the hospital...reason for my stay. The staff were very friendly and most helpful. I felt very much at home, although was along way from home. I live on the Isle of Wight. Keep up the good work.
The attitude of the staff was fantastic. Very polite and helpful.
Bathroom radiator was too hot at night but not on at all in the morning.
Good service,comfortable room.
Staff were very helpfuland it was convenient
The food was OK but not of a high standard
Staff were friendly, room was clean.
We arrived late and were not sure where to park, we actually drove out of the car park as we thought it was private property.
The staff was very friendly and kind. The food was delicious!
The wifi computer system was barely functional, despite the staff's best efforts (none was very familiar with its workings though). This turned out to be quite an inconvenience.
Close to hospital
Staff did their best to help
Rather antiquated furnishings. Gloomy room, lit by low-wattage light-bulbs. Peeling paint in some areas. Window could not be closed.
No hot water for shower or bath !! Dinner of average standard only Steep stairs to room. No lift .... would have been very difficult for disabled or elderly person
