Small dirty towels
We liked the fact that the room had 3 beds. My boyfriend and I kept his 5 yr old daughter and also my two 4 yr old grandsons and my 1 yr old granddaughter and 1 yr old grandson. The 3 beds made it easy for us.
The bathroom was a little smaller than usual but it worked.
We only stayed 10 hours.
All 4 rooms were smelly. Switches were all backwards. Shower faucet was backwards. Very minimal breakfast. Very old carpet, bedspreads, décor, etc.
The price, location, and staff. Did have a microwave in the room which at the star rating surprised me. Parking lot/area was adequate.
Definatly antiquated. Cleanlyness is average. The place really could use a face lift.
Had hot water.
Unsecured facility, dirty carpets. Behind the room door was a noticeable layer of dust, behind the headboard were used tissues.
Carpet had not been cleaned, dirty towels in the bathroom, holes in the blankets.
The motel was very handy to get to off of I-275. It was close to restaurants, also. The staff and entry way were welcoming - BUT the hallway was dirty and so was the room - cracks in trim, dirty carpet, chipped sinks, old TV, teeny bathroom, walls needed painting, unpleasant decor. I also reserved a non-smoking room (which the register lady confirmed), and there was a definite smoky odor in the room. The continental breakfast consisted of one choice of cereal, warm milk in a pitcher in a bowl of ice, and some small cold muffins. There was no place to sit. I would rather spend more money and stay in a nicer place.
Upon check-in I found the hotel to be of unacceptable clealiness and questionable security. The exterior was dilapidated, the hallways were dirty, and the room reeked of stale cigarette smoke, mildew, and dust. I question where they could have served their continental breakfast, as there was one small cafe' table in a cramped, lobby. The conditions were so deplorable that I returned the key to the manager and told her I could not stay at this hotel. The management was belligerent and not helpful in resolving the matter.
The hotel was horrible. There was hair and mold in the shower. The hallway had an air conditioner in the window that wasn't even in working order. The maid never wore shoes and was craby. I would never stay again!
