Swimming pool and hot tub is out of order. When I 1st arrived the rep gave me a key card to a room that wasn't cleaned yet. I was in room 115 and near the bathroom entrance the floor stated wet. I ended up checking out early to go back to the original hotel I was at while in town for business.

Pros:Nothing good about this place.
Cons:There was no breakfast ...cancelled due to covid19. Adverts did not mention this. Heater in room did not work, had to bring in a space heater. The only chair in the room was badly . This place is poorly run and we would never stay here again.

Cons:On my part, I shouldn’t have expected much for the price. The floors weren’t entirely swept, a faux leather chair had a sticky substance on it from a previous guest. Also. I remote to the tv. I called the front desk about one, the gentleman said that he’d be up shortly. After 15 minutes I went to the front desk where he was casually visiting/flirting with a guest. He apologized, that he didn’t have any more remotes and that he tried to call my room but there was no answer. Given that so many buttons were missing from the phone, I was surprised it worked at all! I’ve stayed in better places for the same price.
