Very clean and new cars, all high models I love the staff and the management. They are really friendly and kind would really recommend renting with them

Good other than I didn’t get the vehicle I requested. I wanted the Jeep Wrangler (which said it would be available).

Thought I booked one of the highest levels and got something smaller than what I was expecting so I was a little bummed. Volvo x40 was relatively new and nice, but for the price I paid I would have expected something a little larger like a bmw x5 or something. That’s the only disappointment. Other than that all service people were extraordinary

The car park is a little tight. It was OK on pick up, put on drop off they had the lanes blocked in both directions with rental cars being returned. It made it kind of chaotic. They did an excellent job of explaining the return process however, and it all went smoothly once we maneuvered into the line

Pickup was great but for 30 minutes late they charged us a full extra day

Drop off point was a closed site with no one there. Took an hour on phone to determine an alternate drop off site that was 45 minutes away and. It’s a $75 uber ride back to town after the alternate drop off.
