Pros:Nothing, from arrival, to seeing other customers' experiences to our own experience, this is no way of doing business.
Cons:The website needs some serious re-designing so that people can make changes to their reservations. Our entrance to the Linate airport was delayed by Passport Control own incompetence (3 officers for 2 flights will make you spend an extra hour and a half before you pick up your luggage). By the time we got to the car rental counter our car was gone and the only thing the could offer was another vehicle for an additional 200 Euros (same thing with the 2 couples ahead of us). We declined, took the train to Verona and rented a car in Verona from another company for a fraction of the price SIXT offered us. Treat customers like that consistency and you might be owned by HERTZ in the future. This is one to avoid in the future.
