Cons:This was terrible. If you don't have an international drivers license, they won't rent you a car! Although it may have been buried in the fine print, it was not obvious. They nearly ruined our vacation, and stole 123 Euros from me for a "cancellation" that I did not want.
Cons:They refused to rent the vehicle to me although I had prepaid for the rental. Apparently they require an international drivers license which was not disclosed to me when I made the reservation. I have been renting vehicles at Athens and this is by far the worst experience EVER!!!
Pros:I liked the fact they listened to my inquiry regarding providing us a car that didnt smell of cigarettes due to my wife's asthma. They also upgraded our car to a BMW 2 series automatic which was a very kind and appreciated move. I will definitely use your services again. Thank you
Cons:The only thing i didnt like was the fact that although we paid for insurance (Allianz) we were asked to pay a deposit of 682€ at the airport which we were not notified before hand. Luckily i had the money to pay. It would be better for a customer to know in advance that you require a large deposit amount in advance. Thank you

Cons:This is my experience in trying to rent a car from sixt in Greece. Lady at the counter was too busy flirting on the phone to even look up at us. When trying to pick up the car, she wanted my Canadian driver's license. I had presented her an international driver's permit which is valid for a year and is proof that I have a driver's license in Canada. You can't even apply for one otherwise, idiots. When I wanted the reservation refunded, she wouldn't give me a full refund citing their cancellation policy. She then handed the phone to me and I had a rude customer service dog trying to read out their terms and conditions to which I said I'm not interested in a lecture from you. She turned into a rude, bratty teenager and gave me attitude, then wouldn't let me speak to a manager. We had walked about 3km with all our luggage from our Airbnb in Monasteriki to the Athens Hilton to pick up the car, thinking the reservation would've been upheld. We were supposed to drive from Athens to Thessaloniki, but because of sixt we were stranded and our entire day was ruined. We finally had to get a train which was an hour late and we arrived in Thessaloniki after midnight, about 6 hours after our expected arrival. Not only that, but my girlfriend caught a cold while stuck waiting in the Athens Hilton lobby. We had to spend 90€ on train tickets and another 10€ on Uber. I expect a full refund as well as compensation for our additional expenses or I will make sure no one wastes another penny on sixt in the future. Oh and for the record, Enterprise and Hertz had no issues with my driver's permit and were shocked when I told them what sixt had done. We rented a car from Hertz in Thessaloniki for 8 days and our experience was wonderful.

Cons:I reserved the car and laid the whole amount in advance but I was denied because of my US driver license. He insisted that I should have an international driver license to pick up the car. I drove in whole Europe with US license. It ruined the entire trip. The worst the receptionist did not care!
IT will be better to know, that a price is without insurance, which costs more than rental

Cons:If they rented me a car. They would not rent a car to me by telling its Greek law to have international drivers Licence. Went to Avis next door and was rented a car. But because I needed right away it was triple the price . Will never rent fro sixty again. Horrible
