There were a number of issues with our stay but I’ll focus on the worst - We found blood on one of the pillow cases. When we removed the case, there was blood on the pillow in the same spot, appearing like the cases had not been changed. When we called the lobby, they only brought us a new case. No new pillow. While the location is great, I didn’t feel like we had a great experience with our stay. We’ll likely stay at the Hilton or the Westin next time we are in Southlake
When I arrived at 10pm nobody was at front desk and had to wait about 15 minutes for someone to arrive. Upon entering room I noticed paint missing off furniture, lamp on desk was also damaged. Bed was very soft and bottom sheet was stretched out and very big so kept coming up. The hotel was loud with people talking and shouting down the hallway.
I can get the same thing for less money. Wasn’t impressed.
Pros:We loved the location. So close to Town Square and not a far drive to Dallas!!
Cons:The room has no drawers. I’m a lil ocd and did not like having nothing to store my clothes in!! We stayed for 5nights so the cubbie holes got disoraganized quickly. And the sliding bathroom door is beautiful but not functional. It does not fully Close and leaves little privacy!! Also breakfast was expensive for what they offered!! We only ate there once because of price!
Pros:It was amazing really loved the look, feel, and the staff. I would definitely go back.

Pros:I liked everything about the suite the staff was wonderful the price was not outrageous for such a luxury place o mean it was the most beautiful hotel I have been to in years even better than some of the ones in Vegas i would recommend it to friends and family in which I already have

Pros:We enjoyed our brief stay! Wonderful staff and accommodations at a great price. It is right across the highway from shopping and dining. It offers a restaurant and full bar and outside fire feature, pool and green area for play. We will stay again in the future.

Cons:As of today, Cambria is still in process of getting ready to fully open. Workers all over lobby area and in hallway completing what seemed to be rooms, electrical work, computer system, etc. This was not posted anywhere while booking room. Checked in around 5pm, room was not ready. Stood there 10-15 minutes while receptionist talked with housekeeping and figured out situation. Entered a very cold room with a/c blowing, took an hour to warm up room. Coffee/Tea station not complete w/ typical condiments. Shower is half open with no door, glass covering other half where showerhead is. This looks sleek but allows a cold draft to come through, leaving shower to be cold since 'hot' setting was luke warm water at best. No shelf in shower, all your belongings will have to sit on the floor or you'll have exit the shower to put soap, etc on a clean surface by the sink. Heater blew cold air in morning, even at 80 degree setting. Maybe this is what the guys in the hallway were working on. One light switch controls all power to other lights, if this is not on then all light fixtures, except lamps but including bathroom, will not work. Upon checkout, they asked if I'd like to receive the bill via email. After giving my email, no receipt was ever sent. The next day I had to call back for the receipt to be emailed, which appeared in my inbox immediately. Majority of these concerns were made known to the staff but no efforts were made to accommodate these frustrations. It was acknowledged as, "we figured there would be some kinks to work out after 2 days of being open."
