Very small room, disorganized front desk staff
The staff was great and the hotel was very clean.
The people in the room next to us kept us up all one night (they partied till 5:45 in the am). The walls were very thin and every sound could be heard.
When I booked hotel, was not given option for either King or queen or believed it to be 2 queens (standard in rooms): however, it turned out to be 1 King. Jo-Anne upgraded us to a room with 2 queen beds w/no extra charge.
NoClean Rooms,Excellent Service, Great Price, and Excellent Staff Would definitely stay in Hotel on my next visit to Spring Hill and would be willing to try other Microtel Hotels on other trips.
People slamming doors ALL night long. I have never stayed in a hotel that was so loud!!!
Priceline's info showed that each room had a mini-fridge and microwave. I was charged an additional $10/night upon check in. Not happy.
It was very clean, and modern. The hotel was wonderful, the staff were very helpful. Pool was clean. It is a pet friendly hotel but doesn't smell. The walls were a bit thin, but the front desk staff took care of a noisy neighbor for us quickly. =D
I did find an earplug under our bed. I think someone on the third floor had smoked a cigarette in the room or on that floor in the not to recent past. I however was the only one who smelt it. The free breakfast was decent, would like Bacon! Laundry bags 2I was VERY pleasantly surprised when we got to the hotel. It was modern and clean upon arrival. Hot coffee (pretty good quality too) for my husband after a long trip was nice. The room was clean and a/c worked great. The fridge and microwave provided were more than adequate. The hotel was right behind the Outback Steakhouse, which I probably would have passed if I wasn't looking more carefully. Target/Publix right around the corner. I got a really great ...
Very noisy. People upstairs loud and walking so extremely heavy in the early morning and late at night. People slamming doors all ours of the night.
staff, elevator, afordable laundry room, close to attraction, resturants in walking distance
no microwave or fridgenext time I travel, I want to use more of this brand of hotel, but I was warned they may be different due to being franchised.
the room was beautiful and spacious even for just 1 queen bed.and i left my car lights on by accident and they called and informed me.
no.the staff is so friendly and helpful. and the rooms are clean and beautiful. so happy with this stay.
