The staff were above and beyond helpful and tremendous, and I am speaking particularly about the night staff. The room was nice and spacious. The free breakfast was unbelievably tasty and a good variety. Lots of parking and free parking which is a huge plus for out of state travelers. There was free wifi but it was slow because it was open and free. But it was there and that is what I appreciated.
There were just a FEW minor things I did not like about this place. While the room was clean for the most part, in the bathroom on the ceiling was mold. That is super gross. They need to scrub it and get ventilation in that bathroom. Free wifi just dropped whenever it felt like it. Another thing I did not particularly enjoy was check out. I am slow when I check out to make sure I don't forget anything. I was a minute or two (literally 1-2 minutes) behind check out time to ensure I had everything and someone came knocking on the door threatening to charge me for another day if I didn't get out immediately because I was 'way passed the check out time' at 2 minutes. The weekend day staff needs to improve this, seriously.
