beds and pillows were very comfortable
The pool and spa
breskfast, location, parking, size of unit
LOUD AC unit, made it hard to sleep with it running, and it got louder whenever it cycled to the cooling setting. Mini fridge didn't work.
Clean and quiet. Restaurants and shopping are within walking distance.
The room was very comfortable and clean. Obviously it is very new. Not overly large- not a lot of walking between the lobby and our room. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast and coffee available any time.
The pool had way too much chlorine. We were there for the YMCA District Championships (swimming). My son ended up having an asthma attack from the chlorine /fumes . Although I was not in the water, I was in the room and my skin and eyes burned.
Nicely sized rooms. Wet bar with fridge and microwave a nice touch. I like the separate sitting area with the couch and TV.
Bathroom layout was awkward. Not a showstopper by any means.
Pretty great experience all around.
Not close to much. Close bars close at 10
Well-priced, especially during weekdays.
The breakfast buffet is unimaginative.
Comfortable, Convenient, Pleasantly surprised
Internet connection did not work
This Hotel far exceeded my expectations. We actually walked in the room and said 'WOW'. Hotel was awesome. Location great. We would have stayed another night had they had availability.
Didn't really like anything about this hotel
The carpet in the room was very dirty and the bathroom smelled of mildew though there didn't seem to be any visible mildew. The one staff member with whom I interacted, while certainly not rude, seemed totally uninterested.
great. nice staff, good hot breakfast, comfy beds, nice tv, no fridge though..
The closet door broke and feel on me. The breakfast was horrible, not worth eating
The pool area was horrible. The indoor pool was small and very slippery with puddles of water on the surrounding area. The outside area was not accessible. Once you went out there was no way to get back into the pool area.
This hotel is clean and bright and very well designed for a family or business stay. The rooms are spacious, with a separate ''living room'' and kitchen area. The lobby and pool area are beautiful and very clean. Beds were also comfy! Parking is free and very convenient to all entrances, and driving access is very simple from either 220 or Atherton Rd. It's also extremely conveniently located, just ''behind'' the major shopping area that's still being built out (Wegman's is a block away, as is Target... Kohls is right across the street). The temp controls in the room weren't easy to figure out and the sofa APPEARED not to be a sofa bed, but we later figured out that it really was. Those were our only quibbles. Oh... and it would be nice if they provided paper towels and packets of dish soap for the kitchen area.
We stayed here when my daughter was playing in a hockey tournament at Penn State. After driving from Cleveland, OH, through a winter storm to get here, Lauren at the front desk was an angel - extremely polite and kind... just what we needed! We used the Jefferson Room for a potluck team dinner which worked out great! Stay here.. great experience!!!
The room was very clean and comfortable. Our room was situated next to the elevators, but we couldn't hear the ''ding'' while we were sleeping. (You could hear it from the kitchen area.) We could hear people at the pool (even though the pool itself is inside), so you might want to ask for a room on the other side of the hotel. The a/c fan did block out the voices, though. The TV was situated awkwardly in between the couch area and the bed, which was weird. Bed was very comfortable.
