THE MANAGER TOOK REALLY GOOD CARE OF US GAVE US THE ROOM WE HAD LAST TIME WE WERE THERE AT EASTER IT WAS EXCELLENT SOME OF THE STAFF REMEMBERED MY DOG TED
quiet place, front desk service...excellent, clean, confortable...
the room made bang on my door at 8h00 ??
room was nice
Summer is leaving the fair to do a private that was requested. Saturday is the only day they can do. She will come back after the private to finish the event. I don't believe it will be busy at 5 on a Saturday. Hope that is fine but I have the private wai
The hotel allowed my dog to stay and it was clean.
We were there on family business--location was main factor. Front desk staff were helpful and friendly. Other staff smiled at us in the hallways and greeted is even outside and when they were obviously on their breaks.
Bed height. High enough to be a health and safety hazard and a human rights violation. CONTEMPTABLE. OFFENSIVE. When queried about this front desk staff asked housekeeping to provide us with a step stool which they did. But seriously...
loved the patio!
room located far away (in the catacombs)
It was Downtown
No microwave. Pesto restaurant that is attached is very expensive with very small portions. Ordered the Quattro ravioli. $24 for 5 ravioli. That's it. No bread. No salad. Bathroom is small. Over priced. Doesn't even include a continental breakfast!
fruit Flys in the bathroom
Not a lot
Staff were slow, rude, inefficient. Maid service put back empty shampoo and conditioner instead or replacing. The in room coffee had 3 decaf coffee packs and no regualar.
There was an error on my bill. It was not the rate I obtained on the internet. When I raised this when checking out the clerk huffed and puffed about adjusting my bill. She made it sound like a huge inconvenience.
Bathroom could use a facelift.
The service was excellent. Very helpful and pleasant staff.
Helpful staff, everything really!
Not too much to complain about,
Right downtown convienent location.
Their restaurent serves breakfast but they had to re do my order twice food was dry at first then undercocked
Clean, nicely appointed room. Check-in was a cinch. Great pool. Easy to bring my large, well-behaved dog in.
In-hotel restaurant service was terrible, food mediocre. Hot tub was out-of-commission for a bit. Towels in the pool area were elusive. Parking was far from the room.
Duvet on the bed and price
Large pool and hot tub, centrally located. Attached to a mall with a few good stores
somewhat confusing to find as its attached to a mall
room wasn`t clean.. we had to switch. and it felt crammed. rooms are small.
Friendly staff and clean comfortable rooms
Restaurant closed with no notification on website, pool also closed without notification
Beds were comfortable
Pool and restaurant was closed the entire 3 days we were there
Looks like it had recently been updated and was connected to a shopping centre.
The heater in the room made a clicking noise all night long, one of the outlets didn't work, the bathroom was covered in hairs, clock didn't work.
It is right downtown Sudbury with indoor access to the mall. This is handy for business travellers or families wishing to visit Science North or other attractions.
The pool was too cold. My husband and daughter had a very short swim because of the temperature. I didn't go in, but watched from the side. It was cool enough poolside for me to be wearing my turtleneck sweater
The pool and hot tub.
The noise. There were a number of parties in the conference rooms, each night of the weekend we stayed at the hotel. People were loud/drunk, beer bottles and wine glasses laying around the floor inside the corridors and parking garage.
the hot tub
the room was dark, pillows are feather, they didn't come to clean my room the 2nd of 3 days and the room smelled
Housekeeping is doing an excellent job.
Rooms on first floor (100's) feel closed in. They seem and probably are much smaller than the rooms on the other floors.
The pool was very nice but ran out of towels by 7pm on a Friday night.
The beds were horrible. They were uncomfortable and squecked very time you turned. Even my kids were waking from the squecking.
