Pros. I was in town to look at some properties to buy so I didn't use any of the facilities, plus I'm not even sure they were open due to Covid19. I stayed in 238-B1H, a small studio with kitchen and it was very nice. Everything was in great shape, nicely painted, modern. Reception center had the "New house" smell and look to it and had plenty of representatives making check-in smooth.
Cons. Nothing that is within their control.
Pros. Two bedroom suite was small but nice. I didn't use it, but they have shuttles to the beach, which is nice.
Cons. This is a time share. On check in, after getting keys (physical, not key card), you're directed to the concierge to get your parking pass. Then the sales pitch starts. The "Free breakfast" is nothing but a timeshare sales meeting. I was pretty ticked off about getting surprised about that.
