In the heart of Columbia Gorge, short distance to Historical Downtown, shopping, walking tours bask in the sun at Riverfront Park, suites available, heated indoor pool, whirlpool. Pet accommodation: 15.00/night per pet. Maximum of 2 pets per room.
The bed was very comfortable; breakfast was good.
-location of room poor under stairwell and beside exit door.-no balconies or sliding glass doors in any rooms. No outside space.-room was cluttered with furniture.-sink was in room, lighting bright, hairdryer did not work.
2 queen + pull out sleeper sofa room option. Amenities: In-room refrigerator, continental breakfast, pool.
Food items offered for continental breakfast were all very sweet and relatively high in sugar. Misrepresentation of pool in photos. Using a wide-angle lens caused it to appear larger than reality. Offering a a old/rickety/unsafe playground as an amenity
Good air conditioning, comfortable pillows, conveinent location for gas and quick breakfast.
Loud. Sound traveled very well between rooms even with doors closed.
That it accommodated our family of 5.
Our view was of the roof of the building.
The bed was comfortably firm, and the continental breakfast was excellent.
The air conditioner barely worked, and the pillows weren't very comfortable. As a result, we didn't get much sleep, because we were sweating all night, and couldn't get situated correctly because of the pillows.
The room was nice, clean, and comfortable.
The bathroom needed updating. The water in the pool was cold.
Customer service was great, nice clean rooms.
The hot tub was out of service.
Bed and linens were the highest quality of any Comfort Inn I've ever been to.
The surrounding area was not very attractive, although that is being worked on too.
From the outside it appeared to be a new or newly remodeled however the rooms themselves were pretty tired...especially the bathroom! Also no elevator, which at $150+ you'd expect.
Smelly room, no elevator, creaking bathtub, broken remote.
Convenience for the attractions I was interested in.
I booked this hotel in part based on the fact it had an indoor pool and spa, however, when I arrived, I found that the hotel's pool/spa area was closed for renovations. I felt misled by Priceline, and overcharged.
Arrived about 11:00pm and was greated at the desk by a friendly clerk and check in was quick. We were advised about the complimentary breakfast for the following morning and pool hours for the indoor pool. The room was neat and clean and the bed was quite comfortable. our wakeup call was on time where upon we went down and enjoyed the complimentary hot breakfast. Had enough time for a quick dip in the pool (very nice way to start the day) then a quick change and check out to head for our business meeting. Would deffinately have stayed another night if our schedule would have allowed it.
the motel was fine
