Cons:Flights were delayed be over 12 hours so we arrived after midnight only to find our reservation cancelled. We had to pay a higher rate because it was considered a booking at the counter. Not real happy with that.

Pros:The service was nice.
Cons:The cars wipers didn't work and it was blizzarding outside. I had to fill the wiper fluid myself. They said there was a shuttle to the airport and there wasn't so I had to spend $20 each way on a taxi. The posted hours were wrong and they were closed when I dropped the car off.

Cons:The car ended up costing $70 more than quote. They charge for spouse driver. All other companies do not. We were not the only one that complained. 3 other people said the cost was way higher than quoted.

Pros:We reserved a standard size car and they were able to upgrade us to a van. This was very helpful for us as we had a lot of camping gear. A few days later we had a flat tire. We went back to their office and they were able to locate a comparable van at one of their other facilities and had it brought over to us to use. It was a very well organized operation and the staff were helpful and friendly.
