Pros (+) Really the only thing I liked about this hotel was its location. In Toccoa there isn't much to choose from except a motel which appears to be pretty shady appearing. Otherwise, there's a nice bed-and-breakfast in town.
Cons (-) None of the common areas where air-conditioned. Once you left your room, you were in a moist, hot environment. Even though the carpet appears to have been replaced in the not-too-distant future, there was a musty smell throughout. The room was "non-smoking" but smelled of dank, old smoke. Pros (+) The front desk was very helpful. I got in after 2 am. They had me pre checked in, so I was in bed faster. I slept late the next day and they offered to get me breakfast even after it closed. I noticed them being nice and helpful to all the guests.
