Bell captain and his/her associates were always pleasant and effective.
Garden is beautiful and great as always, and the hotel location is great as long as a bus is frequently available between hotel and Shinagawa JR station. A bus between Takanawa Prince and Shinagawa Prince was not so valuable. King size bed was too big for Tokyo Tower side rooms, leaving so limited space for walk around in the room. Indeed, I bumped into furniture and bed too many times. There was no room to open two baggages at the same time. Cleaning of the room was not sufficient. Particularly, in the bath room. Room lighting was also poor. Breakfast was quite expensive for what were served. Many plates were empty and even salad dressings were gone empty. I needed to point it out to a server and to wait for salad dressing for a few minutes. Over-all impression was quite disappointing this time, although cherry blossom was fantastic. MakS
