The hotel is a part of Sunshine City Complex with Sunshine 60 building, "Alpa" shopping mall and World Import Mart. This is for both business and leisure travelers by its location and facilities. (0806HT) It is a modern, 37-storey white building next to Sunshine City Complex. This large scaled hotel is located at Ikebukuro area, next of Sunshine City Complex and 1 blocks away from Toyota Amlux building., only 8 minutes walk from JR Ikebukuro station on Yamanote Line through Sunshine 60 street which is one of the busiest streests in Tokyo with shopping, entertainment and dinning. Airport Limousine bus runs frequently from Narita Airport everyday.
