The room size, decor, free internet access, and friendly helpful staff
The rooms were big and well appointed. The beds were very comfortable; so comfortable that I bought one of their pillows.
Only a shower, albeit a large one, but no tub. Room could have used more light.
We were very impressed with The Omni King Edward from the moment we arrived. The service is impeccable. The lobby, rooms, elevators - everything, really - is first-rate. Our only regret was that we could only stay one night, since it was a quick weekend getaway. This was our first time in Toronto, and we will be back - at the King Edward.
Valet parking, at CAD$40-45 per day, is a bit excessive. Since we were there on a weekend, it was easy enough to find on-street parking.
The room was great - nice, clean and large. Plenty of stuff within walking distance. Do the hop on hop off bus if you are visiting.
needed a new mattress
Convenience, and super friendly helpful staff. Location was very good. if you want to use subway to get around it is perfect.
Would have like to have known remodeling was in process.
Great hotel in an excellent location. The "hop on hop off" bus tour has a stop within 1 block of the hotel. Several good restaurants within walking distance.
Staff was very friendly. Room was nice and quiet.
This hotel is very expensive for sure.
We got a fantastic price through booking.com. We would not have been able to afford this hotel otherwise. When the receptionist saw that we had a baby, she upgraded us to a larger room which was nice!
The Internet was pricy and hard to hook up. We needed an attendant to look at it but it still didn't work until late into the evening. They didn't charge us though, so it worked out in the end.
The rooms were very big, clean and in great shape. The location is great, right down town.
The room we stayed in large and spacious but extremely outdated.
The bang for the buck factor. For the price, we were expecting our room to be ultra modern but that wasn't the case at all. The room's fictures, especially in the bathroom, were straight from the 70's!!
Excellent location - clean - efficient - good food - would come back again - good upgrade - not the cheapest.
service was excellent
beds and pillows were not comfortable, my neck is still very, very sore!!!
Good location, perfect and spacious room, happy with the facilities
Proximity to attractions
location and friendly staff
I was extremely unimpressed with how the hotel staff handled their over booking rooms and for our "trouble" we were given two cots in subsitution for a queen size bed.
