Pros. Check in was a breeze, big room with a big comfortable bed, modern amenities, and easy to get to/from the train station and other local attractions. Very friendly staff.
Cons. I don't really have any gripes, so I'll say softer toilet paper. This was honestly the only thing that stood out as less than excellent to me.
Pros. Nothing.
Cons. Your provider (Cancelon) failed to provide us a hotel room.
Cons. Friendly staff, clean rooms, comfortable bed and great location
Pros. Great design, everything is clean, friendly staff
Cons. None I can think of
Pros. We always love going to the King Edward Hotel when we visit downtown Toronto. The location is terrific if you want to walk, shop, and sight see. We've been choosing this hotel for years.
Cons. Since we book this hotel often ... it would be nice to be recognized and rewarded. Perhaps with a room upgrade or something ... Most notably though on this last visit I noticed our bed was sagging in the middle. I had to sleep on the edges of the mattress not to fall into the centre.
Pros. Excellent service as always
Pros. Best hotel staff we've encountered in a long, long time.
Pros. Everything!!!
Cons. Nothing
Cons. could have used a cash machine somewhere in the building.
Pros. Our room was spacious and comfortable.
Cons. I did not realize that guests would have dogs in the hotel. I prefer a pet free location.
