Location was not too bad, and they gave us a room with an awesome view and a little balcony.
Technology was not good (key cards, etc.) Staff not great. Dirty floors, which will get on your sheets.
Location was good, and view was nice from hotel during the Rememberence Day parade.
Building itself needs a lot of maintenance. Our room was nice, but the sheets had stains on them, and the bed and pillows were not comfortable. There were holes in the walls in the closets, and just not a comfortable place to stay. Wifi was a $14 extra charge per day, and parking was an extra $20. Parking is in an underground garage, and is falling apart, and "sketchy", to say the least. Bathroom was very small with old shower curtain and scratches in the tub. Not impressed at all with our stay.
Convenient location, as I had business at the University of Toronto.
Not so much a dislike, but rather a warning: My suite was huge. I was embarrassed by how much room I had, especially as I was out for most of the day, including for meals.
Very Dirty... fil festival was this week so most hotels were sold out. Would never go to this dirty hotel again. very dirty...
Location and staff
Air conditioning was weak
Staff is really good and helpful
The facilities need a lot of maintenance .Things are not having routine maintenance. Noise couple nights (Friday & Saturday nights) too much noise from people above. Monday morning around 7:00 A.M. a maintenance with hammering and drill noise
The kids loved the pool more than any other place we have stayed.
We absolutlely HATED how slow the elevators were.
nicely located dowtown
waiting too long for the elevators on the way down
The balcony was filthy. No means of obtaining ice. Some very dodgy long-term residents.
I found the staff at the reception to be very helpful. However th ehotekl itself was very not so good, The first room I was given was very dirty, stains all over the carpet that I asked for a change. The second room was a little better. The carpets on the corridors were very dirty.
The carpets in th erooms and corridors were very dirty
great location, good value for money
communal areas of hotel such as hallways and reception and dining facilities are a bit run down
