comfortable rooms and helpful staff
we stayed half board and were disapointed at the lack of fresh fruit available at breakfast
excellent location to center of torremolinos, modern hotel for the area, clean, good price
The breakfast buffet was horrible, not worth eating. Better off buying breakfast elsewhere. WiFi in lobby not connected to to intenet and spoke to reception and they had no clue!
Because of the location in the centre.
There was no internet possibillity, which is very usefull.
The hotel is making good progress with modernisations and it's easy to see how much better the place is looking. The rooms are good and the air conditioning make them even more comfortable. The main pool is great if a little busy, and the view from the rooftop pool is impressive. Overall, the Cervantes offers good value for money, but don't expect too many 4-star frills.
The lifts are painfully slow and there are not enough beds by the pool (I was annoyed so many beds lay unused but covered with someone's towel all day). Don't come for the food. It's not great and the queues are huge. There are lots of good restaurants nearby (to suit all tastes and budgets).
some of the staff were pleasant but not all. not enough variety in the evening meal. hotel needs modernisation.
