Pros (+) We've stayed at Sunset Vistas for 10 years in a row. It's the perfect place for families, as all rooms have a full kitchen and laundry. So we're able to have breakfast in the room, prepare a lunch for the pool, and then eat out at night. Plus, you can SEE the Gulf from every room, and the beach is just steps away.
Cons (-) Nothing I didn't like. Just a few hints: 1. Bring bungee cords. We string them between porch railings and use them to hang our wet clothes and towels. 2. Bring a little laundry soap. They sell it it. But how hard is it to bring a small bottle? 3. The kitchen accouterments can be hit or miss. For example, this time, we had one frying pan. And a cheese grater.
