Three televisions ensure entertainment. Additional highlights include Wi-Fi, central heating and an iron. For sports enthusiasts, there is a fitness area and a table tennis table. The apartment has two parking spaces in the garage. The location is ideal: Only 300 metres from the city centre, supermarket and restaurant. Skiers will appreciate the proximity to the Golmerbahn (3.3 km), and nature lovers will appreciate the proximity to the Silvretta/Rätikon Nature Park (800 m). The Tschagguns railway station is only 700 metres away. Please note: Pets are not allowed, and smoking is prohibited in the apartment. However, you can enjoy the beautiful terrace (14 m²) with garden furniture and the balcony.
