1. price on the first night2. ease of check-in
staff would not honour first night reservation price or coupon price.
This is one of the widest hotel I have stayed in Atlanta area. The night clerk is rude and unprofessional. I have requested nonsmoking room;however the clerk put me in tobacco smelling room. The same room have no heat or a/c. So I called to get help, but
There is nothing to like about this hotel. The night staff is rude and used to abusing customers without any fear of lossing his job.
staffThe staff was rude system wasn't working
The bed was awesome.
Room very stuffy caused allergies to act up. Asked for extra pillows twice and never got them. Started knocking on door at 9:15 asking about check out when check out wasn't till 11. Started cleaning room before I got all my stuff out.Very poor overall. No ice machine, fridge or microwave. No wi-fi when it was listed on the website of the hotel. Very unfriendly and run down. Vent hanging from ceiling in bathroom.
