Cons:
The rental agency entered the wrong time for return, am vs pm... Also did not have available the car class booked, a Toyota Corolla vs the requested VW Jetta, a standard rental vs a compact rental, still charged as a standard rental did not even mention they didn't have the proper car. Just a disappointing rental in general, even if the car was nice, it was not what was booked.8.0 Very good

Free upgrade due to longer wait in line and a free trade when the upgraded car did not meet our needs.Cons:
I had to wait to give my keys to someone for drop off and let them know I had a full tank. I think they could do a more automated drop off.2.0 Poor

Cons:
Well for starters when you rent a car from a 3rd party site apparently they don’t tell you about all of the charges. That’s how they make it seem so cheap. Then when I got the car shortly there after I got a flat tire not a huge deal except that I waited on hold with roadside assistance for over an hour trying to get to talk to anyone and never got through. At the same time my fiancé was calling every enterprise (because dollar and enterprise are the same thing apparently) and all of the stores went straight to voicemail. Finally we gave up and I put the donut on (can’t even get a full-size spare) and drove back to the location that I got the car and had to swap it out for another one. This put a solid 4 hour delay in an already very very long trip with a temperamental 4 year old in the backseat. Then when I returned the car I got hit with an extra $80 in taxes and fees which according to the first receipt I had already paid. And to top it off I still haven’t gotten my security hold back...Hertz

Filled up with gas prior to dropping off, tank full on drop off. However, was told I had to pay an extra $15.99 gas fee because I didn’t save my gas receipt. Very deceiving practice - tank clearly full.9.2 Wonderful

Staff let me look at the car first before signing for it to ensure it was what I needed/wanted. Car turned out to be exactly what I needed for my family's vacation.Cons:
Key FOB had issues; frequently go notice that remote was not detected, did not allow keyless entry and sometimes the keyless locking didn't work, had to be very close for the FOB lock/unlock to work (replacing battery had no effect).9.2 Wonderful

The car was a wreck. I didn’t know Avis would rent such a car. The gas guage indicated full but when I filled it up before I returned it the guage showed way past where it was when I accepted it.National
