The hotel seems to be staying open to get the last dime out of it. Rooms were old. Drywall was coming off the ceiling in the bathroom. The wifi did not work. Never again
very clean and comfortable room. Bed was very comfortable, and everything that was advertised was there and usable. Weekly cleaning very thorough. Good value for time of year in a warm state.
I was so surprised by the view!!! Get a room on the 2nd or 3rd floor facing the mountains. The view is as good as across the street which charges 3 times more. I had a CVS and an IHOP right across the street. I would definately go back again !!!
There were cigarette burns on the bedding and the mattress was very old and uncomfortable. The towels were dirty when we arrived so I went out and purchased towels to use during our stay. The carpets also need a good cleaning. The socks I wore in the room turned black on the bottom. Also during our stay the fire alarm went off several times and the door locks were changed which caused some inconvenience. This hotel just needs some updating and a good cleaning and I would have given it a higher rating.
It is a nice clean comfortable hotel. We had no problems at all.
nice corner room very quiet with a convenient location
For what I paid, this place was so perfect. It was nice, clean, comfortable and it had everything I could have wanted and more. I'm not a big fan of Television so I wasn't there for that...it might leave some with a desire for better, but I didn't care. Great place, I'm staying there next time I go to Tucson.
Enjoyed my stay at Extended Stay. The front desk people were very friendly and very helpful, and accommodating. it was my first time staying at an Extended Stay, and will definitely stay at one again when the need arises. I don't get to travel a lot and stay at hotels, and I was quite impressed with the set up. The only complaint I have is that the bed felt like a stack of card boards. I have back problems and it was not comfortable.
Not good! The bed sucked, very uncomfortable, mattress and box spring appeared to be filthy, did not want to look any further. I stayed 2 nights and the room was not cleaned, no towels were replenished and the bed was not made. Very dissatisfied with overall quality of the room.
I recently completed a ten week stay at this property. The Manager and his staff were very friendly and did everything possible to make my stay a pleasant one. Over the years, I have stayed here a number of times. Highly recommended.
I have stayed with Extended Stay before and loved it, but this place was a mess, the hallways are dirty, the laundry/vending area was aweful, dirty with water on the floor and garbage all over the place. The front desk had no change to give on a weekend. Poor planning when I am sure the weekends are the busy time.
3rd year in a row. we like the kitchenette, price is right, and it is near where we want to be. room is always clean. never any safety/security concerns. housekeeping service is provided only once a week, so you do have to take out your own trash and ask for fresh towels if needed but we do that at home. compared to other all-suite hotels in the area, this is the best price you will get. minor problem this year - they had trouble finding our king bed room we had reserved, but manager got involved and found a room for us. we'll be back next year
hotel badly needs updating. There are no amenities--if you want cheap, this is it. The kitchenette is added to a regular motel room. There are some dishes but no soap, no information on surrounding area or places to eat. Internet access is intermittent and requires logging on each day. Not the best place to stay--cheap but that was it. Near major hospital so you can hear ambulances all night long.
This is the right hotel for people who stay longer in any place.
I RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE WHO MIGHT WANT TO STAY LONGER.
