I liked the swiming pool with a great view of the tumon bay & comfortable mood.
It would be better if we can use wifi at hotel room.
VEIW VERY NOT GOOD!! NO GARDEN VEIW !! MY ROOM VEIW WAS PARKING VEIW!!very disappointment 4day!!!!!!!!!!
The staff was very kind and friendly and the bed was very comfortable
The room isn't ocean view
Not crowded, so I can enjoy my summer vacation. There are lots of fishes in the sea, and I think it's one of the best spot to snorkel. It's easy to approach the beach, and it has beautiful view.
My room, at the top of the building, was noisy because of the sounds from engines. During my stay, Guam was affected by the typhoon. At night water came from the ceiling and dropped along the wall. So I had to change my room across the midnight.
It is a little far from the shops or restaurants.
Room clean , room stuff, delay check- in
Good location and overall reasonalable stay than price. Quite big swimming pool.
pool, location, staff(kindness)
Kind staff & Calm place
I pre-ordered the room to be the oceanview and they confirmed, but they didn't.
Location and service
Room typr is so bad.
the beach is good for snolkling.
The hotel has an amazing breakfast buffet. There is a great selection of protien, fruits, vegetables, and carbs. They had a juicer there also for fresh smoothies, we did not try this though.
We spent (on average) XXX per night at this hotel. One bed was broken, the toilet was broken no ocean view (that we paid for) and on the side of the enterence. People screaming, laughing, cars honking all night. The walls are thin enough to hear through.
Location is everything with the Hilton Guam Resort and Spa. Set on a low hill overlooking the ocean, several pools, a jacuzzi, and bar have great ocean views. The lobby, Islander Terrace restaurant, and the Executive tower are all in reasonable shape, but the majority of the rooms are somehwhat to very run down. The hotel is mostly functional, and the internet and telephone systems were recently upgraded. Room service is wildly inconsistent, with variable quality of cleaning and provisioning. Overall value is OK for the island, but if you're looking for a four-star, this is not it.
My 8 month old and I arrived before my husband and the rental car. I needed diapers and felt desperate. Someone from the front desk volunteered to go for. They really saved the day!
I attended a Bar Association function at the Hilton Guam hotel a month ago and also stayed in their hotel room. The event was attended by many professional people (including lawyers and federal judges from the mainland). Customer service and food was fantastic! The room I stayed in was clean and very comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay at the Guam Hilton and look forward to staying there again. I give a rating of 10 for this hotel. Kudos to Hilton Guam!!!
I'm in the Navy and have stayed at many international hotels. Hilton - Tumon Bay was a great stay for the money. I could compare this hotel to many of the resorts in Cancun. I had an easterly facing room that had a spectacular balcony view of the coast and the pool facilities. Room was clean and the staff took great care of us. I would stay here again.
What can you say about the best hotel on Island? The staff and facilities are un-comparable. We moved to the Hilton from the Marriott on our third week on island. While the Marriott is an excellent hotel, the Hilton is by far a much higher rated place. The staff is unbelievable. We were there on a business trip, but that does not mean that we could not enjoy the place. If you are there on vacation, this is the place to stay. The rooms were in excellent condition and very quiet. The Island Terrace restaurant has some of the best food anywhere. The staff remembered our names after the first visit. We felt very welcome.
I loved this hotel and I highly recommend it for all types of travelers. My only complaint is you have to ask for wash cloths. The beds are very hard, but we liked them. The hotel's ''Islander'' restaurant has an incredible dinner buffet that's well worth the price.
It was the first time at the Hilton after experiencing some of the other nice Guam hotels. Our experience at the Hilton has just been wonderful, the staff are so friendly, the location excellent, the waterpark great and now that the refurbishment is finished the whole hotel including bedrooms are in a great state. We already decided to return to the Hilton Guam soon as we miss our newly made Hilton friends already!
