Paying half more price to get 2 bads
I got stuck in a smoking room I didn't even know they still had smoking rooms on the west coast. Refrigerator made loud sounds. Light shines through the curtains.
This Inn is conveniently close to Route 101, features decent enough wireless internet, and the fact that it allows pets was great for us and our Pom'.
The lobby \ frontDesk was only accessible by walkUp window (even in the main morning hours), so that felt a little impersonal.
Location...right off 101
Bed was way too hard. Room needs new carpet or at least a cleaning.
continental breakfast and spacious parking lot
breakfast room was small, beds were not firm enough.
Right off the 101, bed was comfortable.
Carpeting was old and very dirty. Didn't feel safe to not wear shoes. 'Breakfast' was bread, two kinds of sugary cereal, and very bad packages cinnamon rolls. There was a couple of jugs of juice in the fridge.
I left my shoes at their room. The staff was so patient and helpful that they were able to find them for me. Thank you
The hotel was clean and quite the staff was very helpful polite really good experience easy on and off highway accessible
I was skeptical about renting a room here do to some of the comments, however most if them were old. This is an older motel, but clean, staff great, peaceful, I enjoyed hours of fun at the pool and you can't beat the price
I can't think of anything
Perfect timing. Got the booking deal right when we needed it.
There was bodily fluid stains on the inside of the under blanket. Dirty establishment.
What they offered for breakfast shouldn't have been called a breakfast. Ceiling in room looked like it was under construction.
coffee boiler, microwave, separate heater/cooler, fridge, powerful shower, big table
Though I was one person accommodation, there was only one coffee set for me, the socket for restroom out of order, the receptionist not so earnest to welcoming.
Cleanliness was excellent, location was right by venue we wanted to go to. Quiet place.
supposed to be pet friendly and even though we did not bring our pets, lady at front counter kept asking if we brought them and they even had a sign on the door saying NO PETS.
location, room rate, staff
Noise from the highway, and the hotel was skimpy with breakfast....no tea no milk.....poor looking
everything functioning as expected
bit smelly.. but not that bad..
The people were nice.
Room and building were in need of upgrading. The 'breakfast' was very low quality. Milk & juice were in gallon jugs that you poured into plastic cups. The only bread available was an open half loaf and packaged danish. Fruit was old. Powdered coffee cream
It was convenient, clean and comfortable.
Room needed a little maintenance, and to be repainted
It was a last minute stay going thru the coastal area. That's all I can say that's good about it.
Practically everything. This is more like a one star motel. Loud noises outside, out dated room with wallpaper tearing off the wall, ac unit didn't work, no coffee at 'breakfast'. Just don't stay here.
Wallpaper falling off the walls. Breakfast minimal which is OK as not looking for breakfast. Juice machine broken - juice in minifridge.
Signage doesn't reflect America's best value Inn making it difficult to find. Currently signed as Vagabond Inn.
only the location
I actually checked in and then later in the evening decided not to use the room at all. The room was superficially clean but the walls, carpet and outside areas were dirty. TV was ancient. I will not stay at a Vagabond motel again.
It's right off the freeway.
Housekeeping shut off the air conditioning, which I had left running because it was over 100-degree weather!! Free breakfast offered was primarily coffee, individually-wrapped Svenhardt pastries & cereal. No protein. I won't stay there again.
The lady in the front is rude
