The bed was hard and uncomfortable
The decor. It's spaciousness. Landscaping. The breakfast.
All was good.
Just very comfortable. Relaxing, good breakfast, good room and good dinners. Staff was very friendly.
Smoking at the entrances - move the smoking area to a place every guest does not have to pass buy (the stink, the mess, etc...) every time they enter or exit the facility. Move to the far side of the parking lot or make the whole property smoke free.
Location was perfect, room was nice.
Bed was a little small.
We were guests at this hotel for 3 days over Christmas. Staff was friendly. Rooms were clean. Nice bedding. Having a full kitchen was a big plus. Nice to be able to store food and drinks rather than having to eat out for every meal.
Location was great.
Our room was crap. The coffee maker was broken, the fan in the bathroom was broken. Seemed like the hotel gave us the crappiest room. The staff even charged our credit card, and we had to call them after the fact to fix it. Not very impressed overall.
That it was a suite.
went down to a cold breakfast, coffee included, around 830
We like rooms with a balcony to sit on for morning coffee!
It was fine for a couple of days at the price we paid. I wouldn't have been happy if we'd paid the regular price.
We had the small suite. Badly setup in that the TV can't be watched from the bed and sofa at the same time. So the space can't really be used. Our room had a tub that had a badly worn floor. Obviously old and hadn't been redone when the room was done.
The layout of the room. Supplied all needs.
All was just fine.
Cheerful staff, great breakfast, most pleasant hotel stay I have had in years !
This was a great hotel for traveling with a family. My adult daughter (20) stayed in one room and my husband and I stayed in the other room. The rooms (in the 2 bedroom suite) were separated by the kithchen/dining/living area. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed our stay!
The hotel is in a busy area with lots of shopping and dining options and main road for this area of Detroit, but very quiet. There was ample parking, convenient entrances and a large, clean , comfortable room with a refrigerator, microwave, stove top and dishwasher. Everything about our stay was positive. If I had to find one complaint it was the lack of an ice machine. We were able to get ice from the front desk, but it wasn't cubes. It was crushed ice. But, truthfully, I can live with that.
Excellent hotel - clean, modern and quiet. Great free breakfast to start your day along with a courteous staff. Located in a great area for quick shopping for anything you may have forgotten - large mall within a mile. Highly recommend to anyone needing to visit the area.
We stayed in this hotel for the begining of our trip and had reservations for the ending of our trip. We had no phone service in the room for 3 days at the begining of the trip. There was no manager on the premise for three days to help out. The staff on the premise were polite but could not help till management came in. We were discouraged with their customer service. We came back for the end of our trip to stay 4 nights, I had booked the hotel six months inadvace. The housekeeping decided not to clean our room so the room we booked was not available. They put us in a room with fewer beds then what we had reserved. Once in the room we found one of the toliets broken with the handle on top of the toliet. Needless we checked out with no place to go during a holiday July week. Again no manager on the premise, no one there to help. They had rooms with no occupancy but housekeeping did not clean them. They had our reservations for six months they had plenty of time to have the room cleaned. The customer service was a nightmare. We traveled 2000 miles to have this aggravation during our vacation.
