Great staff nice size room free cookies and waters
not much around the hotel only complimentary diet drinks
The hotel employees were very nice. Quick check in and out.
There was a huge spider crawling on the bed. Luckily, I was already up and around, but I hate spiders and I probably slept with it all night
Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable room.
Quiet location and nice staff. The room was large.
The room smelled very strongly of baby powder and the shower curtain had black stains on it.
Nice room and equipment in the room.
Bed was on the hard side.
The staff was friendly, the room was GREAT!! VERY CLEAN!!
THERE WAS NOTHING I DIDN'T LIKE. GREAT HOTEL
Nice room, very comfortable.
The continental breakfast wasn't anything to get excited about.
The king bed was comfortable, and the 2 free bottles of water were nice.
Price, about $---. A night to much, the billboard on the highway advertised $---., I payed $--- dirty smell of carpet, no smoking room had numerous cigarette burns in vanity. Doors were dirty. Next time I'll drive 20 more mins to the Hilton and save $200.
Great staff! Complimentary bottled water! Clean and comfortable.
Clean spacious room with comfortable bed.
It was very clean with large rooms and room for food preparation.
A *very* minor point: the breakfast was a little skimpy, but filling.
The linens were nice and clean and the blankets are excellent! We could get as many towels as we needed.
The exhaust fan did not work, so the bathroom was a bit smelly (mold?). The room with two queen size beds has only one chair, although by request we were allowed to take more from Conference room.
Should Have put fast food list around the area near by Hotel.
The staff was friendly at check in, and through out the stay. Room was clean and quiet. A/C unit was quiet. Room had a sink, microwave and refrigerator. It is about 15 miles to the restaurants, just FYI. Due the the layout of the off ramps, both east and west, it is a little drive to the hotel. The route is clearly marked with signs. Great experience overall.
First, this hotel is in the middle of nowhere. Absolutely no restaurants within five miles. Second, I booked a non-smoking room only to be told upon arrival all they had were smoking rooms available. The entire third floor where my room was located STUNK from cigarette smoke. I thought at least I could relax in the hot tub listed on Travel Website only to find out there is no hot tub at this hotel. Terrible experience and terrible hotel at any price!
All the hotels in Tuscaloosa were booked and we lucked up on this hidden gem because they had a coupon in the hotel booklet. What a pleasant surprise! Although it wasn't easy to find, you can't see it from I-20, we will definitely stay again! The staff were so helpful, the rooms very clean and comfortable, many things were complimentary. I travel back & forth to Atlanta, Ga all the time and will definitely stay here again! My only complaint would be the very limited breakfast, no waffles, biscuits, etc here. Go to the nearby Cracker Barrell for breakfast!
We (family of 5) stayed here in Sept 2009 on a game weekend. The hotel was in the midst of a remodel. The staff was very friendly and the newly remodeled room we styed in was very nice! Attractive furnishings and nice flat screen tv. The hotel is a little off the beaten path but it is a short, easy drive from the campus and the stadium. Great place to stay, especiallyfor the price! Would absolutely stay here again!
They were in the middle of remodeling and updating furniture in rooms but were very accommodating. Rooms were very nice and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Provided continental breakfast. Free water and snacks for guests by new management. Would definetly stay here again.
