This is a nice property in a very good and quiet location with a professional and friendly staff. There are canal view rooms, superior or deluxe rooms. The deluxe rooms are located on the top floor with a balcony and a stunning view of both the lagoon and the sea. (CQ 04/07) White 4-storey building in liberty architectural style, surrounded by a small garden with plenty of flowers and plants. There are tables and chairs to enjoy the sunny weather or to benefit from the evening breeze from the sea. Hotel is placed in a quiet residential area, close to all the amenities, just 5 to 10 minutes walk from the Lido pier from which there are 10 more minutes to San Mark's square. A small typical venetian canal allows water taxi just at the entrance of the hotel.
