It was a wonderful experience! The staff was very kind and helpful! Overall it was a great experience. I would definately stay there again.
The pool was a little cold.
rooms were small
Clean rooms, nice air conditioning, and close to shopping. Slept great. Hit the pillow was out.
It is more expensive than others. But great for one night. I do prefer a night light. Left bathroom on and the fan ran all night.
Easy to find--(Could use a better main sign). Wonderful staff, both front desk and breakfast room.
tv did not work, kids running in hall and yelling 7 a.m.
The hotel was clean, the staff was helpful. I accidentally left my pillow, and they are mailing it to me :)
Only 1 elevator on one side of the hotel. It would be better if it was located centrally.
The staff was incredibly helpful.
I thought breakfast should be offered at least until 10 a.m.
Good selection of food for breakfast. Small exercise room.
The hotel sits on the main highway going through Vernal with lots of traffic. Although I'd requested a quiet room, being at the back of the building did little to help because there wasn't a continuous fan feature on the A/C to help drown out the noise.
The free internet access was the most helpful and something I enjoyed most. Also, the nice hot shower was great.
I did not like having to pay for water considering the faucet water is undrinkable with a disguisting odor and horrible taste.
No tub in the bathroom.
Nice location, easy to find it had a pool for the kids (small, but it still worked for my small kids)
The staff was slow, non-caring and passive.
clean and staff very helpful
location was great.
Clean, very clean and very comfortable. Holiday Inn has great beds.
The continental breakfast was great. The orange juice was especially good. The TV in the room worked fine. Bed was comfortable.
Nice freindly hotel. Just like the other holiday inn expresses the walls and floors are to thin.Very noisey.
Stayed while having a family death. Staff was so very accomidating, even went so far as to provide us with multiple boxes of tissues for us to use ( we hadn't even thought of needing them). Also they went to great efforts to place the family in close proximity to each other. This helped a great deal as there were numerous visits to each others rooms to work out our details. Holiday Inn Express Dinosuarland in Vernal, Utah truely made us feel at home and that we're a member of the family. They are treasured members of our now too. Thank you.
This is the nicest Holiday Inn Express I have ever stayed in. Good beds, multiple pillow types on each bed, big desk with plenty of electrical outlets where you can get to them (without standing on your head!), comfortable soft chair, granite counter tops in the bathroom, nice large walk in shower (no tub), big towels, all amenities. The free Breakfast was outstanding. So many options, all fresh and warm, staff present to clean tables etc .
watch out for bate and switch tactics! I was quoted one price, and way overcharged when I later saw my bill. No fridge or microwave, Too dark to see to do makeup in bathroom, rude staff, not helpful. Done with this place!
Hotel is newest in town. With Holiday Inn logo you would think you would get your moneys worth.\nDesk personnel lack personality and have little concern about your comfort.\nAlways ask for room on back side as the rooms on street side sound as if you left the window open. Petroleum trucks run all night. Very noisy.\nAt 150+ you would assume better. Water takes a while to heat up.\nNo refrigerators or microwaves in rooms or lobby.\nTv's are set at a certain level if you have hearing issues you have to sit right next to TV.\nSome breakfasts are ok. But not close to other Holiday inn express facilities.\nInternet service is just terrible. Pick up wireless from outside of hotel. Hotel as ethenet hookup but it never works properly.\nDouble check your reservation rate. Bait and switch tactics are used. Double check hotel bill when leaving as they usually overcharge.\nDo to oil boom they gouge you and hope to pay off hotel before new hotels are complteted in Mid 2008.
I stayed at this Hotel with my husband and three children. You would think a hotel at this price would have a roll-away bed to accomidate our fifth person- but not this one! It made for very uncomfortable sleeping arrangements. The woman at the front desk was not helpful or concerned with this issue. Was not made to feel welcome. Not a family Friendly Place!
