Friendly and helpful staff and family. Good knowledge of tourist areas. Good location, not too busy, not too quiet.
Noise from room above, luckily only 2 nights.
Very friendly and helpful staff, good location between the beach and the train station.
Very expensive for a three star hotel.
I felt very welcomed by the owner who went out of her way to help us find alternate transportation when the rail system was down due to an accident. The breakfast is lovely. The hotel is in a convenient location next to the park and only 4 blocks from the beach. Room is spacious.
Don't go to the restaurant next door. Service is awful.
Friendly family ran hotel, very helpfull
No heating in the room, October, quite chilly
The staff really made you feel at home. They were lovely.
The lock down of the hotel after 12:30am. Once you came in you could not leave again. The hotel was expensive for what it offered. But apparently that was due to the public holiday weekend.
