Spectacular grounds overlooking the Bay of Napoli. Service was impeccable. Great location ... Only a few train stops away from Sorrento and 25 minute train ride to Pompeii.
The hotel is beautifully renovated, highly technological, rooms gorgeous with all great facilities
The front desk staff were fantastic at helping organise sightseeing activities. The restaurant was really very very good
We ordered room service one night and it was terrible. It was only sandwiches & my kids couldnt eat them. They were stale and not toasted enough. It was our only negative for the stay but for the price they charge you expect fresh sandwiches
swimming pool not heated
Immaculately designed and decorated hotel, stunningly beautiful location, great room and bathroom
It is a shame that a potentially fantastic hotel is let down by the performance of the head waiter and his staff. Maybe they need more training (not quite Manuel from Fawlty Towers but, at times, not far off). A full-length mirror in the room would have been useful.
The restaurant service needs a lot of work.
