Facilities and location were good
We arrived and left on Sundays when no one works on the reception. We had to call the helpline who guided us to find a safe on the wall and who gave us the combination to get our keys!
The room is clean and reasonably spacious. Kitchen facilities are good. Location is accessible, 10 minutes walk from Metro station.
The service is good when there is no additional request such as an extra blanket, toilet paper, etc. The reception is closed on Sundays and bank holidays. We are helpless to contact any staff when the reception is closed.
Affordable and clean and not too far from the metro
the heater wasn't working properly and the bed wasn't very comfortable
Clean (brand-new), well-situated, very functional kitchen and living space, lovely terrace, great breakfast buffet, good internet connection, pleasant and helpful staff.
Very clean, new, and quiet, not far from the metro with good self cartering facilities.
If you don’t speak French, booking is a risk. We arrived on a Sunday and reception was closed. The apartment is part of a large chain that has a call centre for after hours bookings, they have voice prompts for English but none of the operators speak English. We wasted money calling them due to mobile phone roaming charges. Obviously without French they were not able to advise of the pin code for the door, and explain where the key safe was and what the pin code for that was. We were lucky that other other guests who could remember the key safe code from a week ago let is in and unlocked the safe at reception. However we still had no parking until reception opened the next day, as a result we got a parking ticket.
