Was told priceline lies about what they include n u should always call hotel firstI'm not from ak I'm from nc
Good location to the Farm Bureau amphitheater.
This hotel has rooms with 1 queen bed which is what we were given. Housekeeping walked in on us without ever apologizing and the next morning while we were still asleep, housekeeping started knocking on the door.If you are going to a concert at the amphitheater, this is very close. The rooms were small, the furniture very cheap and the carpets were worn. Housekeeping walked in on us and woke us the next morning. Next time I would opt for a different hotel.
This hotel was definitely a Williamsburg Hotel.
The hot tub was broken and for some reason the hot tub was checked in the morning according to the schedule but it couldn't have been
The tub was very slow to drain. They didn't have any double bed occupancy. We have two kids that had to sleep on a roll away.
the room was quiet. staff was helpful
i booked a spa treatment. there were no bathrobes available. they had run out. in the quiet relaxing room there was a couple talking so loud u could hear every problem the mother was having with her teenage daughter. for $125 facial i was expecting moreok to good
This hotel is not part of virginia beach pembroke area, i didn't stay there.

Friendliness and helpfulness of staff
NoAmenities were above average. Living areas adjacent to hotel rooms provided an atmosphere other than bedroom. Gardens and walkways proved beneficial for exercise. Restaurant, varied sitting areas and ballroom were elegant. The location is close to restaurants for those on a budget. There is easy nearby access to the highway.
The staff was pleasant and helpful. My reservation through Priceline was not relayed to the hotel in a timely manner and they called and took care of it.
The breakfast was expensive. There was an a la carte on site, but they were closed with no explanation. A sign was on the door saying Grab and Go was available in the dining room, however it was only coffee, and you had to pay for it.It was very beautiful, elegant and clean. The pillows were down, as well as the comforter, so it is something to consider if you have allergies.
Need to spell out hotel policies before arriving.Conference center is a better description. if your going to us a switch and bait, then don't put other hotels on the page. Hunt room staff needs to step up their game. Food was served cold.
It was a beautiful setting, very clean, comfortable beds, and very friendly staff
