Cons:Front desk employees displayed an unpleasant attitude. Consistently understaffed during our. Five day stay. Had to call booking agency to communicate with back office manager to obtain the type of room that was prepaid. Multiple incidents of rude behavior by staff. Would not stay there again
Pros:Staff was over the top accomadating. Location is the key when you are at the beach and this had it. Right in the center of everything.
Cons:Room was very small. For a so called, 'suite' it was smaller than an average hotel room by other named hotels

Cons:Didn't like not being aware of no daily cleaning/linen service. Since we weren't privy to the cleaning service we got a day cleaning service complimentary. Air unit was too loud. Didn't like how the Diamond Resort hound you to visit their sale pitch talk and to buy into their timeshare business. We ignored all requests since not interested.
Pros:Beautiful views, great pool, awesome tiki bar with delicious daiquiris! Convenient restaurant with views of the ocean.

Cons:When I first checked in, I was told I'd be charged the parking plus the nightly rate. I said that I had already did a prepaid amount, which I was told in a rude feeling way...uhhh no, that was just to secure the room. Which made me feel dumb, to later check my credit card statement and see I was charged. The excuse was, oh, it must be because we changed over our system. I ended up having to email proof I had already paid. When I asked to have it verified that they received it they said their system was down. So I had to ask for a call later. When you check in they MAKE you go to speak with someone that tries to force you to attend a vacation buying session and even charges you to go to it. So after saying I was not interested or comfortable paying it they waived my fee. I finally gave in after being pushed and pushed, because I was tired and wanted to go up to the room. I later went to cancel it and had the same thing happen and was uncomfortable with the fact how many times I had to say no without them respecting it. Between the front desk and and the other staff trying to sell you stuff, I was wasting so much time to what seemed trying to convince them I was worthy to be there and they were doing me a favor by taking my $600.00 rather than me being a guest.
Pros:Not much.
Cons:Pictures for this hotel room are totally different from what our room looked like. Room 602B where we stayed had a huge cabinet that took big portion of the room. TV inside the cabinet could only be viewed from right in front of TV otherwise the cabinet doors were blocking the view. What was shocking is that our window was adjacent to our neighbor’s balcony, which is totally weird. While having a meal we saw bunch of people standing right at our 6th floor window. Both parties were totally shocked. Good thing we were just having a meal. We had to keep blind on so that neither party would be looking at each other all the time. From the balcony I could tell that a single room was split into two rooms some time ago. Also, we didn't have a TV remote when we got in, after calling customer service multiple times each time we were told that someone should stop by any moment. After, 30-40 minutes we had to go downstairs to talk to receptionist about this. Someone did drop the remote some time later. But, the next morning we had someone at our door with a remote that we requested a day ago. We’re been to some OK hotels, but this time it was just BAD. We didn't pay for this room; we paid for the room that was described on Kayak/hotels.com website.
