Very friendly and the breakfast was excelent
The bed was to soft you ended up in the middle which made it uncomfortable. The car park was like a skating rink
Reasonable value for the accommodation.
There was a lack of service at breakfast. Sadly self service is the norm these days but it still needs some support from staff otherwise it turns into school dinners. Although not used the television was of a low quality.
the hotel did not have my reservation and even though i provided a copy of the email confirmation from booking.com they did not have anything on the system. We had to leave a credit card detail as they were stating we had not paid even though this is incorrect. We were very disappointed with booking.
The price was good. For the most part it was very quiet, even with a wedding party on the Saturday night. Close to where we wanted to be.
There was one door, somewhere nearby, that boomed when it closed. This only happened on Friday morning, but it started at 0530. Scared us to bits. Thankfully it didn't get used again after 0730 on the Friday, or for the rest of the weekend. The hotel staff told us it was a fire door. Ok... Do something about it.
The staff were efficient and friendly. The breakfast was well presented, hot and tasty.
At about 3 am there was a loud humming noise that carried on until about 9 am, this did keep us awake, also the room was on the cold side and it was only in the morning when we opened the curtains that we found the radiators would have been better with out the noise and if we knew where the heating was.
Abel to order room service, which I needed after a long journey up to Wakefield
It had everything I needed in one room, speciality teas were readily available and extra essentiala were free if needed
Price of alcohol. I would have spent more if prices were fair.
Very clean, modern hotel with good links to the m1
The first room I had been given had not been cleaned in anyway, not a good thing to arrive at after a long journey
Bed and pillow offer good + web connectivity
