I like that the rooms all have kitchens and living room spaces. I also loved that parking was convenient and free and Wifi was included!
I wish there were more food options available (room service) or that it was closer to restaurants.
Everything. .including the staff
Everything was excellent. .
Liked the size of the rooms and the front desk staff was very friendly.
The ladies that work in the dining area do not understand customer service. They are loud and a bit disrespectful. They take food away even if they see you approaching the buffet area.
The staff is always friendly. They have all the same staff after awhile you look forward to seeing them just as much as your own family. We come back to CT twice a year and always stay at this hotel. We love the breakfast also the staff in kitchen.
Room was huge! Staff was very nice and all the food was great as well. We had an extremely positive experience here! This is most definitely our new favorite hotel!!
Location...it was in the middle of nowhere
I liked that the hotel was full, but it wasn't noisy, even though there were children there (including my own)--the sonic privacy was good. The breakfasts in the morning were good and provided healthy choices which is unusual. The pool and gym--clean.
My 4G didn't work there, so I could not use my phone as a resource for data connecting.
Hotel management seemed not concerned with 43 rooms being rented during the holiday period of 2007. Service ended on morning of 24 December and rooms were left as they were until several clients, to include myself complained. Two people were brought in for 25 Dec 2007 when limited service was provided. Food staff was overwhelmed by the poor planning ofthe hotel management staff. The cooks said they were told to prepare for the 43 rooms at 2X occupancy, yet during the holidays the experience indicated it was 3X or more like 4X per room. I complemented the cook in front of the manager of the day, who did not get the comments! \n \nI'll drive up the road a l;ittle further and try another hotel. \nKeep on driving another 10 mins and you might have a better experience.
I have stayed here nearly a dozen times since it opened almost two years ago. Only ''problem'' is that the place is so far superior to other options that is now sells out!!
The type of hotel that every one looks for. Would stay here again and have recommended it to friends.
I was in Wallingford for company training and stayed at this great hotel for 7 nights. The staff was fanstastic and very accommodating. They serve a huge FREE breakfast every morning!
I have been here for 2 extended stays. I have always been happy with staff and very comfortable.
