Cons:My flight was delayed 2 hours, causing us to miss our connecting flight. We are now stuck in Botoga over night with no luggage. No change of clothes no toiletries. I just wanted to get to Aruba and relax, instead i had a very stressful time with your airline trying to resolve this issue. I would never fly this airline again.

Pros:My wife and I travelled from Punta Cana to Madrid to begin our honeymoon. We chose Wamos Air because their price was ridiculously low. However, we knew that at some point there will be hidden fees of some sort (e.g. seat selection, baggage, food, etc.). Little did we know that there will be be only few things we actually paid. We chose our seats for a reasonable price and, since we travel light, we were able to bring our carry-on and personal bags with us. We didn't expect dinner or breakfast and yet there were given to us! The seats were really comfortable and we liked the friendliness of the crew members.
Cons:People at the counter need to organize in a better way. Too many people for one simple process - check-in. Also boarding turned out to be madness. No structure, no organization, just get on the plane as soon as possible.

Pros:I average about 60k miles per year and can say with some experience that this was the worst experience. From check in to getting off the plane. I personally will never fly them again.
Cons:After self check in at Norwegian counters with a carry-on, you need to get a stamp on your boarding pass before you're allowed to go through security. The line was chaotic with over 300 passengers, unorganized, understaffed and unprofessional people running it. Pay a little more and fly with a competent airline. They pack 5 flights within the 10pm to 12pm from jfk and it's a $#/% show. PS. I was there 2 hours before the flight and about 40 other passengers were running through the empty airport to make the flight last minute.

Pros:I liked how simple the process was. What put you guys over the top was serving dinner and breakfast! Thank you! It was an awesome detail. And it was really good too. The coffee was so good. I thought the design of the airport was gorgeous! It would make a perfect start to a persons vacation. I gave a 3 in entertainment because wear I was sitting next there wasn't any entertainment, but I didn't mind at all because I wanted to sleep all night. I was upstairs and I loved it.it was my first time on a double decker plane. The crew was great!
Cons:I didn't like that it wasn't organized in Punta Cana, not even a little bit. I didn't like the process of buying the ticket online the website doesn't work well, it took forever and I even tried to look for a different company because it was too frustrating. I'm not sure why your price changes right before you buy the ticket but I think you should explain why with details because my friend was going to a ticket and went with another site because it wasn't clear. Also in Punta Cana they tried to make us pay a 20 dollar fee, trying to tell us it was obligatory. When we asked more questions then they said did you pay it online? We said we don't know, because nothing was clear on your site. They insisted we pay it and we asked more questions, in the end they didn't make us pay which leads me to believe it was a way to pocket money when they can, for example your company is not clear why the price changed and you are charging more. But maybe it is this dumb fee, but you have to tell the person. Ok say I pay it, then when I get to the airport they say I have to pay 20 dollars, after they make the person pay then they can look online to see if they already did and keep that 20 dollars.

Pros:I liked that our flight arrived safely and was only delayed by half an hour. That’s really all.
Cons:- $100 baggage fee. For ONE bag. Other airlines don’t charge nearly that much. Apparently, it’s cheaper if I prepay online. What? - Paid $160 to have seats assigned to us but apparently if I show up early, I can totally skip this fee and just pick two seats next to each other. Had no clue because the website isn’t informative. - In flight, meals and drinks were served to a handful of passengers. Nothing was served to me or most people. There was no explanation why nor was there any offer to sell us food. Why? Is the food an extra option? Even if it was, how difficult is it to offer it to the passengers for an upcharge? I know they like upcharging. And it doesn’t explain why the drink cart just strolled by without even asking if I wanted anything. Drinks are extra too? - No personal fan on the ceiling. Come on. Only tiny, old aircrafts dont have fans. - Norwegian advertises free in flight WiFi! But this is very deceptive. You have to download a (terrible) app that doesn’t even so much as give you your flight information. The ONLY thing it does is stream movies. That’s it. It’s essentially their cheap response to having planes without personal LCD screens except it only has one feature. Overall, much more expensive and crappier than what you pay for. If another flight costs $100 more, just take it. This airline doesn’t have its act together.

Cons:This company is the worst. Not nice people from the beginning. It is so sad. We really understand that they have been trained to not be open mind. Team are working by rules from the company. Worst that robot. Rude and not flexible for anything. I highly not recommend this company

Overview of Wamos Air

Based in Spain, Wamos Air is an airline that brings passengers to a variety of destinations throughout Europe and South America. The company is particularly known for going to locations like Mexico, Cuba, Mexico, and the Dominican Republic, but it has also operated past voyages to countries including France, Greece, and Finland.

This airline has a fleet that is made up of over 10 aircraft, with all of them being either Airbus or Boeing. For longer flights, such as between two different continents, the company opts to use the Airbus A330-200, a large and spacious plane that can fit up to 374 passengers and has space for up to two travel classes. For particularly popular voyages, the Boeing 747-400 is used instead, as it can fit up to 477 individuals.

Customers that fly with Wamos Air can choose from two travel classes: Economy and Business. Economy provides passengers with standard services, like basic snacks, drinks, and access to the plane’s entertainment system, while Business will allow you to go to the airline’s private lounge, provide you with a seat that converts into a bed, and give you the option of designing your own personalized meal.

To ensure that you have a good flight and are entertained throughout the duration, Wamos Air has iPads that travelers can request to use through the flight attendants. You can also stream movies, television shows, games, and podcasts on your own personal device at no additional charge by simply connecting to the plane’s streaming network without downloading an additional application.
