Conveniently located at 1-88 and Winfield Road, Hyatt Place Chicago/Naperville/Warrenville is within close proximity to many local attractions such as the Morton Arboretum, Main Event, Topgolf, Dupage Children's Museum, Chicago Premium Outlets, Cantigny Park, and Downtown Naperville. This Naperville/Warrenville hotel is also located in the heart of Cantera which offers an array of restaurants, shopping, and entertainment options to choose from. For the business traveler.
We really appreciated having 2 chairs in the room so we could sit and talk quietly. The public spaces are usually chatty and it's hard to talk with failing hearing. The table was also very useful.
I expected a ramp at the rear entrance to help moving luggage in and out. There is a ramp by the dumpster that was easy enough to use.
Great place. Clean. Affordable and nice breakfast
cleanness, service, breakfast et al.
The room and hotel were very clean. Liked having a fridge, having HBO options, location was very convenient.
Did not care for TV location in room, couldn't see it from the bed. Hot breakfast was very sub-par, half an English muffin with egg patty, slice of ham and cheese on top was not very good. Walls were pretty thin in that I could hear other rooms.
Clean...easy in and out.
A little noisy from upper floor
Awesome, modern rooms. We love the free hot breakfast. Refrigerator in the room is a helpful amenity. All rooms sleep four, so never an issue there. One of our favorites!
The room was big, and very nice. It was really quite too.
The parking lot was being paved, and a great deal of it was closed. Parking was impossible. They were having people double park and park on the street. It was very very difficult to find a place to park.
The size of the rooms was great. The staff were very freindly.
The water in the hand sinks and shower were very soft and made rinsing soap and shampoo difficult.
Customer service and housekeeping. Very professional and clean. Made our stay very comfortable.
None. Everything was very nice.
Beautiful place, good location. Good employee attitude.
Add to breakfast selection
There was no microwave in the room. Microwave downstairs was ancient and barely able to warm up the food.
The hotel itself was wonderful
The housekeeping staff invaded our privacy and walked in on me and my boyfriend in a very private moment. I can't believe they just walked it we never checked out. Disgusted.
The rooms were very clean.
The hotel staff were unable to get the guests to quiet down, who were on the floor above us. They were extremely loud early in the morning. There is little value to a hotel when you cannot get a good night of sleep.
Beautiful room, comfortable beds. Overall great hotel
Floor was paper thin and hearing the people walking around above us sounded like elephants.
The tv had no sleep timer and the air conditioner was right next to the bed and is loud. You can also reallyhear when people are walking above you.
The rooms were amazing!
No hot tub and the pool was freezing
Squeaky floors, could hear every foot step of the person upstairs .
Nothing! I got there and it was overbooked! Had to drive 10 miles to a different hotel!
Everything! Never go to stay there!
Pool Was Freezing. A Complete Ice CuBe. Would Not Go Back Because Of This.
Location and breakfast
Pool area was allowed to be loud, screaming kids even when letting staff know
Unlike any Hyatt this was not to my satisfaction.
Rooms are not well kept. Everthing seems to be falling apart. Needs a lot of maintaining
Cleanliness and friendliness.
Need to replace mattresses on beds . Felt very worn.
Nice comfortable bed. Missed breakfast- even without that perk it is worth $. However our judgment is somewhat slanted towards not so nice for we stayed at the Hyatt House (right next door) the night before and was very enjoyable.
The rooms are very small. Breakfast is marginal.
Pleasant & helpful front desk staff. Room was attractively furnished & decorated. Nice breakfast. Very convenient location for our needs.
Bathroom & closet small & difficult to access. This turned out to be a major annoyance. Only one sink. Limited drawer space.
The breakfast was disappointing. The food was cold and the tables were never cleaned off.
The front desk people are womderfuli8
You feel every vibration of every footstep above you and next door and in halway. Yi had an exerciser every morning , even security could not stop him. I felt grumpy and exaushted. I could not wait to leave this place. It is a shame. I will nvr retun
I stayed here two nights on business. The room was very similar to other Hyatt Place rooms: very comfortable bed, large sofa, adequate work space, counter space, etc. Oddly, the 'bath' part of the room (containing bath & toilet) was tiny; the door hit the front end of the toilet every time I opened or closed it. Another drawback is that the Dish TV system they use means you can only change TV channels when you're situated on the right-hand side of the TV. Impossible from the couch, but OK from bed. Breakfast room had plenty of seating and choices of food. One other recommendation: please put signs to the hotel along the main thoroughfares. I had no GPS and had to hunt for your location from the Winfield Rd. exit of I-88.
This hotel offers plenty of free parking, a friendly, helpful staff and very nice rooms with wonderful beds. During my stay I enjoyed peace and quiet and I felt safe in this hotel. The location was very convenient to suburbs such as Lisle, Wheaton and Naperville. I am handicapped and although I did not stay in a handicap-designated room, I was pleased to find that instead of a bathtub my room had a large, easily accessible shower with a glass enclosure. If you enjoy television, the hotel offers satellite tv with hd. I visit this area once or twice a year and I intend to stay at this hotel again!
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel and rooms were very clean and spacious. I plan to stay there again when I am visiting that area. Great price. No complaints!
I was very impressed with the Hyatt Place hotel in Warrenville Naperville. The furnishings are clean, and very contemporary in styling, and the staff was very friendly, helpful, and courteous. There were abundant fresh fruits, juices, bagels, cereals, and oatmeal available for the free breakfast, and hot made-to-order breakfasts were available as well. I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again, and I highly recommend it.
From the moment you enter the lobby, the Hyatt Place Hotel conveys a modern, sophisticated impression. The rooms are nicely appointed, with plenty of sofa and desk space, and a large plasma TV too. There is a good use of space and the room is very comfortable. Even though the parking lot was full it was very quiet in our room. The free breakfast was adequate, not great. The coffee was quite good, though. It doesn't have the ammenities or cache of the Hyatt resorts (or Westin, etc.), but it doesn't have the hefty price either. Overall a great value.
Super value for the price. Room was great, wonderfully clean and comfortable, very friendly and helpful staff. Only downside is the location - have to drive everywhere.
My wife and I traveled to Chicago for our anniversary and we were made to feel welcome immediately. The hotel was still fairly new when we stayed. The staff was extremely resourceful, drove us to and from the train station so that we could go to Chicago without the hassles of car travel. The bed was like a cloud. The breakfast was very nice. I now look for Hyatt Place when I travel.
Stayed there while I waited to close on my house! I had to find a place to stay at the last minute. What a pleasant surprise! BEAUTIFUL rooms, comfortable beds, FULL Satellite TV and most importantly CLEAN! Honestly, one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at! The front desk staff were extremely warm and understanding... I had to extend my check out by 2 hours and they were very understanding and let me stay. If I ever need a place to stay, this is the place I would pick!!!
